Pressure Transmitters

Remotely monitor pressure in general purpose applications such as pumping and compressing systems. These transmitters, also known as transducers, convert pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls. For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's pressure range and output signal. As pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
Transmitters with voltage output connect using three wires—two wires into the power supply and a separate wire that sends a signal to the receiver. The receiver and the transmitter share a common ground wire back to the power supply.
Transmitters with calibration certificate traceable to NIST include documentation that states they've passed a test for accuracy.
Transmitters are rated NEMA 4X and IP65 or IP67 and are good for washdown and corrosive environments.

Fine-tune the pressure range on these transmitters to account for changes in pressure readings over time. With an adjustable range, also known as adjustable zero and adjustable span, the top and bottom of the pressure range can be changed by up to 5%. This saves you from having to make corrections on receiving devices, such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), remote displays, and motor speed controls. These transmitters, often called transducers, convert pressure to an electrical signal that is interpreted by receiving devices to monitor pressure or control equipment. As pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
Rated NEMA 4X, these transmitters stand up to washdowns and corrosion.
Transmitters with current output connect using two wires. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices.
Transmitters with voltage output connect using three wires—two wires into the power supply and a separate wire that sends a signal to the receiver. The receiver and the transmitter share a common ground wire back to the power supply.

Monitor pressure from a distance with these remote displays. They support five different input mA current and DC voltage signals, so they can be used with most common transmitters. Settings are saved even when power is turned off. To prevent tampering, they have a lockout feature that requires a password to modify settings. They are rated NEMA 4X for protection from corrosion and washdowns.
The display with two SPDT (single pole, double throw) relays can be used to send control signals for process-control systems.

These transmitters are commonly used to monitor airflow and to indicate when filters in HVAC systems become clogged. They convert the difference in pressure between two points in a low-pressure system into an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor pressure or control equipment. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range. They come with a calibration certificate traceable to NIST. Maximum pressure is the maximum spike in pressure a transmitter can withstand without damage. Transmitters are accurate only within the pressure range, not up to the maximum pressure. All transmitters are rated IP67 for protection in washdown environments.

Electronically Controlled Precision Compressed Air Regulators

Designed for control applications that require high reliability and repeatability, these regulators translate electrical signals to output pressure. As the input signal current increases, the output pressure increases proportionally within the regulating range. Electronically Controlled Precision Compressed Air Regulators with Display

View and control output pressure remotely and at the source. You can set these regulators using electrical signal current, or you can use the display and push-button control to adjust output pressure. Regulators have 12 functions, including outlet pressure, pressure scale (psi or bar), minimum pressure, and maximum pressure (within the regulating range). All are relieving regulators, so they exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Enclosure meets IP65 for protection from dust and water spray. Install these regulators in your air line after filters.
Mounting brackets (sold separately) allow you to attach the regulator to a wall or equipment.

High-Flow Electronically Controlled Precision Compressed Air Regulators with Display


Keep an eye on the output pressure in high-flow applications—these regulators have a display so you can monitor your application locally. Designed for control applications that require high reliability and repeatability, regulators translate electrical signals to output pressure. As the input signal current increases, the output pressure increases proportionally within the regulating range. Use with sensors that produce the required input signal current or programmable logic controllers (PLC) for automatic setting adjustments. All are relieving regulators, so they exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Install in your air line after filters.
Regulators with an LED display have multiple functions, including outlet pressure, pressure scale (psi or bar), minimum pressure, and maximum pressure (within the regulating range). Enclosure meets IP65 for protection from dust and water spray.
Mounting brackets (sold separately) allow you to attach the regulator to a wall or equipment.
