About Sleeving
More
High-Strength Expandable Sleeving
With excellent torsional strength, this sleeving withstands the extreme twisting found in robotics. Made of carbon fiber, it has impact strength similar to steel yet is lighter than plastic and rubber. Resistant to corrosion and chemicals, it’s often used to protect brake lines and hydraulic lines. It’s expandable, so it stretches to fit over items for easy installation, then tightens around its contents for a secure fit. The braided construction permits heat and moisture to dissipate. Cut with scissors or a hot-blade knife.
High-Strength Sleeving
This sleeving has excellent tear resistance and better abrasion resistance than standard polyester sleeving. Made of Nomex fabric, it resists most acids and alkalies, alcohol, hydraulic fluid, oil, gasoline, salt water, and solvents. It won’t irritate skin like fiberglass, so it’s easier to handle. Because this sleeving is non-expandable, it does not stretch, so it’s best for applications where you know the exact diameter of the items you need to protect.

High-Strength Spiral Sleeving
Made for bundling wire, cable, and hose in high-traffic areas—this sleeving is HDPE plastic, so it stands up to wear and crushing forces better than standard spiral sleeving. Use it both indoors and outdoors; it won’t swell or become brittle from exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. Thanks to its tight coil, it blocks out dust and debris. The spiral construction also allows you to access your wire, cable, or hose at any point for easy repairs and to pull out individual components of your bundle to route them elsewhere. With smooth, rounded edges, it won’t scrape you or your components during installation. Unlike cable ties and tape, you can unwind and reuse this sleeving.

Static-Control Spiral Sleeving
Keep static from damaging electronics or sparking fires. This sleeving has an antistatic additive that dissipates static charges and sparks created by your wire, cable, and hose. It’s often used near sensitive electronics or in areas where friction can generate static, such as hydraulic systems. Made of HDPE plastic, it stands up to wear and crushing forces better than standard spiral sleeving, so it’s great for high-traffic areas. It also blocks out dust and debris, thanks to its tight coil. Use it indoors and outdoors—it won’t become brittle in direct sunlight, and it won’t swell from moisture.
The spiral construction means you can access your wire, cable, or hose at any point for repairs. Plus, you can pull out individual components of your bundle to route them elsewhere. With smooth, rounded edges, this sleeving won’t scrape you or your components during installation. Unlike cable ties and tape, you can unwind and reuse it.

Glow-in-the-Dark Spiral Sleeving
Avoid tripping over wire, cable, or hose in the dark—this sleeving glows in the dark for up to 12 hours. It’s also useful for identifying certain lines after hours or during power outages, such as a power cord on a generator. Any light source recharges it, from overhead lights to sunlight from a window. Use it outdoors as well—it won’t become brittle in direct sunlight, and it won’t swell from moisture. Made of HDPE plastic, it stands up to wear and crushing forces better than standard spiral sleeving, so it’s great for high-traffic areas. It also blocks out dust and debris, thanks to its tight coil. The spiral construction means you can access your wire, cable, or hose at any point for repairs. High-Strength Slit Corrugated Sleeving
Made of nylon, this sleeving is the most impact- and abrasion-resistant slit corrugated sleeving we offer. It resists acids and solvents. Wrap it around wire, cable, and hose without disconnecting them. It has a slit along the entire length that will not gap when flexing.

Slit Corrugated Sleeving with Closure Strip
Seal out dirt and dust better than standard slit sleeving—this sleeving secures shut with a closure strip. A slit along its entire length lets you install it around wire, cable, and hose that are already connected. Made of corrugated nylon, it resists wear and impact better than polyethylene sleeving and about as well as conduit. It’s ideal for high-traffic areas. It also resists acids and solvents, and it won’t crack from exposure to direct sunlight.
Speed up installation with the included tool, which routes cables and the rubber closure strip through the sleeving while closing the slit like a zipper. To use the tool, you have to disconnect your cables on one end. The tool holds plug ends while it pulls your cables through, so you don’t have to route bulky plugs through the sleeving.

Corrugated Sleeving
Slide this sleeving over wire, cable, or hose before adding connectors or making electrical connections. The corrugated construction gives it impact and abrasion resistance similar to conduit, but with more flexibility. It’s ultra-flexible so it’s good for applications that require tight turns. Since it doesn’t have a slit, it keeps out more dust and debris than slit corrugated sleeving.
Steel sleeving is more impact resistant than stainless steel and aluminum sleeving, so it’s better for use in high traffic areas where equipment or people could bump into it.

High-Strength Two-Piece Interlocking Corrugated Sleeving
Made of nylon, this sleeving stands up to scrapes and impact better than polyethylene sleeving, so it’s ideal for high-traffic areas. Since it’s corrugated, its impact and scrape resistance is similar to conduit, but it’s more flexible. It has two interlocking halves that nest into each other to fully enclose its contents, sealing it against dust and dirt—even when flexing. Often used instead of conduit, it has a long lifespan and is easier to install. Fit it around your wire, cable, or hose without having to disconnect them.
Because this sleeving is nylon, it also resists acids and solvents, and it won’t crack in direct sunlight. IP rated, it protects your components even in high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns.
