Flame-Retardant Expandable Sleeving
Tested to meet MIL-STD-202, this sleeving meets performance standards for flame retardance. It’s flame rated VW-1 to meet requirements for preventing the spread of flames based on a timed test with vertically suspended material. Made of polyester, it resists some wear and chemicals, so it’s best used in indoor environments. It’s expandable, so it stretches to fit over items for easy installation, then tightens around its contents for a secure fit. The braided construction permits heat and moisture to dissipate.

Duct-Rated Flame-Retardant Expandable Sleeving
Rated UL 2024 and NFPA 262 for use in plenum spaces such as duct work and above a drop ceiling, this sleeving self-extinguishes and emits minimal amounts of smoke and gas during combustion. It’s flame rated VW-1 to meet requirements for preventing the spread of flames based on a timed test with vertically suspended material. Made of ECTFE, it protects contents from corrosive chemicals and organic solvents as the sleeving exits the duct. It’s expandable, so it stretches to fit over items for easy installation, then tightens around its contents for a secure fit. The braided construction permits heat and moisture to dissipate.

High-Temperature Tube Sleeving
Use this sleeving in applications where temperatures reach up to 500° F. Made of PTFE, it resists chemicals, acids, and solvents. It meets UL 94 V-0 for flame retardance. Due to its small size and flexibility, it’s also known as spaghetti tubing. Because this sleeving is non-expandable, it does not stretch, so it’s best for applications where you know the exact diameter of the items you need to protect.

Chemical-Resistant Spiral Sleeving
Made of PTFE, this sleeving has excellent resistance to chemicals, acids, salt water, and solvents. It meets UL 94 V-0 for flame retardance. A reusable alternative to tape and cable ties, it allows you to route wire and cable between the spirals.

Abrasion-Resistant Wrap-Around Sleeving
The tightly braided construction makes this sleeving abrasion resistant. Made of polyester, it has good chemical resistance. It meets ASTM E162 for flame resistance. Wrap it around wire, cable, and hose without disconnecting them. It has a slit along the entire length and wraps over itself to stay closed without an adhesive strip or other closure, and will not gap when flexed.

Flame-Retardant Hook-and-Loop Wrap-Around Sleeving
Flame rated VW-1, you can safely use this sleeving on wiring in multi-level facilities as well as in industrial machinery and vehicles. It also meets military standards for flame retardance. A hook and loop strip along its length makes it easy to wrap around and access installed components. Since this sleeving is braided, heat and moisture have space to escape.
Cut this sleeving to length with a hot-blade knife.
Flame-Retardant Slit Corrugated Sleeving
Rated UL 94 V-2, this sleeving has an additive that resists combustion and minimizes the spread of flames. Made of polyethylene, it resists acids, solvents, and moisture. Wrap it around wire, cable, and hose without disconnecting them. It has a slit along the entire length that will not gap when flexing. The corrugated construction gives it the impact and abrasion resistance of conduit but with better flexibility.
Sleeving 25 feet or longer absorbs UV light, so it won’t get damaged in direct sunlight.
