Interference-Shielding Expandable Sleeving
Protect wire and cable from signal distortion caused by nearby equipment and devices. Expandable, this sleeving stretches to fit over items for easy installation, then tightens around its contents for a secure fit. The braided construction permits heat and moisture to dissipate. This sleeving is also used to insulate and organize wire and cable. Cut to size with sheet metal snips.
Aluminum sleeving is about one-third the weight and reflects more heat away from its contents than copper sleeving. However, it doesn’t resist as much signal interference.
Heat-Reflective Wrap-Around Sleeving
Made of aluminum with a fiberglass liner, this sleeving reflects heat away from contents and withstands temperatures up to 390° F to protect against internal and external heat sources. It resists chemicals and fluids. Wrap it around wire, cable, and hose without disconnecting them. The slit along the entire length permanently seals with an adhesive strip. It meets ASTM D350 requirements for self-extinguishing material.

Heat-Reflective Hook-and-Loop Wrap-Around Sleeving
Insulate your wire, cable, and hose in continuous temperatures up to 400° F and easily access them. This sleeving opens anywhere along its length with a hook-and-loop strip. Unlike other types of sleeving, there’s no need to disconnect your components before installing—simply wrap this sleeving around what you want covered. Made of aluminum with a fiberglass liner, it reflects heat away from its contents.
Heat-Reflective Slit Corrugated Sleeving
Made of aluminum with a nylon liner, this sleeving reflects heat away from contents and withstands temperatures up to 300° F to protect against internal and external sources of heat. Often used in automotive applications, it resists antifreeze, brake fluid, gasoline, and oil. Wrap it around wire, cable, and hose without disconnecting them. It has a slit along the entire length that will not gap when flexing. The corrugated construction gives it the impact and abrasion resistance of conduit but with better flexibility.
Corrugated Sleeving
Slide this sleeving over wire, cable, or hose before adding connectors or making electrical connections. The corrugated construction gives it impact and abrasion resistance similar to conduit, but with more flexibility. It’s ultra-flexible so it’s good for applications that require tight turns. Since it doesn’t have a slit, it keeps out more dust and debris than slit corrugated sleeving.
Aluminum sleeving is lighter than steel and stainless steel sleeving.
Heat-Reflective Corrugated Sleeving
Made of aluminum with a fiberglass liner, this sleeving reflects heat away from contents and withstands temperatures up to 900° F to protect against internal and external sources of heat. Often used to protect wire and cable in vehicle engines, it resists antifreeze, brake fluid, gasoline, and oil. The corrugated construction gives it impact and abrasion resistance similar to conduit, but with more flexibility. It holds its shape when bent.
