Extra-Rigid Aluminum Wire Cloth
Also known as space cloth, wires are crimped where they intersect to maintain an accurate opening size when used with heavy materials. The crimping process also adds strength and rigidity. This wire cloth is often used as barriers, shields, dividers, and guards.
Made of aluminum, it is lightweight and has good corrosion resistance.

High-Flow Aluminum Perforated Sheets
Hexagonal holes provide a large open area for high-flow applications. Aluminum is lightweight and has good corrosion resistance, weldability, and formability.

Aluminum Perforated Sheets
Aluminum is lightweight. These sheets have good corrosion resistance, weldability, and formability.
Grade 3003 aluminum is softer than Grade 5052, so it has better formability. With a good combination of formability, weldability, and strength, it’s often used for filters, fuel tanks, and general sheet metal work.
Grade 5052 aluminum is more corrosion resistant than Grade 3003, and is good for use in saltwater environments. It’s also harder and stronger for greater wear resistance. It’s often used in storage tanks, pressure vessels, and marine applications.

High-Strength Aluminum Perforated Sheets
Harder and stronger than our other aluminum perforated sheets, these lightweight sheets have greater wear resistance. They have good corrosion resistance, weldability, and formability.

Metal Panels
Close off openings in structures while allowing air to pass through.
For technical drawings and 3-D models, click on a part number.
Expanded panels are more rigid than perforated panels and are for use when structural stability is important. They can be formed and welded; however, they are more difficult to cut than perforated panels. Raised panels have strands that overlap to provide a skid-resistant surface. Use them to create safety guards for equipment and machinery.
3003 aluminum is easier to form than 1100 aluminum. It's about half the weight of steel and resists corrosion in wet environments.

Expanded panels are more rigid than perforated panels and are for use when structural stability is important. They can be formed and welded; however, they are more difficult to cut than perforated panels. Flattened panels begin as raised panels, then they're rolled to a smooth and flat finish. Use them to create protective enclosures, shelving, grilles, and baskets.
