Steel Mesh Belt Conveyors
Move parts down your line in extreme temperatures. These conveyors are often used in high-heat applications, such as cooling welded parts and steam-cleaning parts to remove grease. They’re used in sub-zero conditions, too, such as pharmaceutical and frozen produce lines. The mesh belt lets airflow cool parts from above or below. It also allows liquid to drain through to prevent pooling and help parts dry off quickly.
In addition to better performance in extreme temperatures, these steel belt conveyors withstand abrasion better than rubber, PVC, and polyurethane ones. They won’t melt in heat, become brittle from cold, or be torn by sharp metal parts. The steel is galvanized to resist rusting from humidity and moisture. Adjust the two included stands to raise your conveyor between 30” and 38” high.
Note: Capacities are based on an evenly distributed load.
