Water-Resistant Rubber Wheels
Made of TPE rubber, these wheels outlast standard rubber wheels with better resistance to water, steam, and mild acids. Wheels have a rubber tread for shock resistance with a hard polypropylene core for strength. Use them on smooth or rough surfaces. Sleeve bearings prevent wear to the wheel bore but don't roll as easily as other bearings. Roller bearings provide smoother rolling than sleeve bearings. Ball bearings are the easiest to roll.

Rubber Wheels
Solid rubber wheels offer a durable ride with no possibility of tread separation. Sleeve bearings in these wheels prevent wear to the wheel bore but don't roll as easily as other bearings.
Soft wheels are shock absorbing and provide good traction on rough surfaces. Hard wheels are impact resistant and roll easily on smooth surfaces, but can be noisy and damaging to floors.

Cut-to-Width Polyurethane Wheels
Make your own wheels by cutting these wheel blanks to size with a band saw. They're easy to machine so you can create V-groove and flanged wheels, as well as conveyor rollers and pulleys. Wheels are polyurethane, which combines the abrasion resistance of plastic with the shock-absorbing qualities of rubber. They have a core that is harder than the tread, balancing strength with cushioning. Use them on smooth or rough floors and in areas with debris.
Note: Do not cut with a circular saw.

Wheel Bearings
Replace worn or damaged wheel bearings to keep your equipment rolling. Use flanged bearings and ball bearings in pairs. Change the axle diameter with wheel reducer bushings (sold separately).
Note: Not for use in towing applications.
For impact-resistant tapered roller bearings, as well as other bearing materials and sizes, please see Ball and Roller Bearings and Sleeve Bearings. Ball bearings require minimal effort to start rolling and are best for low speeds.
Retaining washers hold roller bearings in place.

Wheel Reducer Bushings
Reduce the inside diameter of a bearing to fit a particular axle size. Also known as spanner bushings, they also reduce wear on the axle when used in plain bores and with straight roller bearings. All have a hole for lubrication.
Washers slide over the bushing and add 3/32" to the hub length of your wheel. Multiple washers can be used to match the length of the bushing.

Skate Wheels
Replace damaged wheels or use multiple wheels to build a custom conveyor.
Steel wheels are stronger than aluminum wheels. Polycarbonate wheels have high capacities and good impact resistance.

Multidirectional Skate Wheels
These wheels have rollers that rotate around the wheel core to allow movement in any direction.
Wheels with a plain bore rotate freely around an axle or shaft. Wheels with two or three wheels have increased surface area, so they are stable, smooth, and less likely to slip than single wheels.
ABS wheels are nonmarking and acid resistant. Polyurethane wheels combine the abrasion resistance of plastic with the shock-absorbing qualities of rubber.
