Rain Suits

Polyamide-Coated
Polyester Suit with Pants

Rain, rain, you can stay—these two-piece suits will keep your entire body dry in wet conditions. All suits include a hooded jacket and pants or bib overalls.
Suits with pants have an elastic waist and are easier to pull on over other clothing compared to bib overalls.
Suits with bib overalls have adjustable suspenders, so you can modify the length.
PVC suits are thin and lightweight. Wear them once and then throw them away. They have two waist pockets and a detachable hood.
PVC-coated polyester suits are a good option for long-term use since they resist oil and tearing. They're also washable and won't grow mildew between cleanings.
Polyamide-coated polyester suits are made with breathable fabric, so you’ll stay dry without getting sweaty. They’re also tear resistant and washable, so they’re good for long-term use. These rain suits are bright yellow with reflective stripes to help you stand out when working in risky areas with low visibility. They meet ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3 standards, so they make you visible from at least 1/4 of a mile away on wet roadways and in your facility during washdowns. You must pair the jacket with pants or overalls to meet this standard.
When measuring chest size, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Find your waist size by measuring just above the top of your hip bone. Take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under these suits.

Ponchos are spacious for a generous fit, so they work well to protect against rain when wearing bulky work clothes and equipment such as backpacks.
PVC is lightweight and durable enough to keep you dry in rain. These ponchos are designed to be worn once, so throw them away when you’re done—no washing or drying needed.
Rain Bib Overalls

Keep your torso and lower body dry without restricting movement. These overalls are often used in wet weather or washdown applications. Made with polyester fabric, they are tear resistant and washable. The adjustable suspenders let you modify the length. To keep small items dry, they have an inner chest pocket that zips shut.
PVC-coated overalls are more wear resistant than polyurethane-coated overalls. For extra durability, these overalls have reinforced seams. They also resist oil and mildew. The open cuffs will fit over bulky boots to keep your ankles dry.
Polyurethane-coated overalls are lightweight and stretchy, so they will flex and move more than PVC-coated overalls. The zippered cuffs make it easy to put boots on, then zip the opening shut to create a snug fit and keep water out. These overalls are fluorescent yellow and have reflective stripes to make you stand out when visibility is low. They meet Class E ANSI/ISEA 107 standards, so you’ll be seen from across shop floors or around moving vehicles. If you need to meet Class 3 visibility requirements, pair them with a Class 2 or Class 3 vest, shirt, or jacket—this combination keeps you seen from 1/4 of a mile away.
Find your waist size by measuring just above the top of your hip bone. Take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under these overalls.

Flame- and Arc-Flash-Protection Rain Suits

These suits meet NFPA 70E standards for protection against electrical arc flashes for personal protection equipment (PPE) category 2. They also meet ASTM F2733 standards for protection against flash fires. Check the PPE category and minimum arc rating provided for your workplace, and then select all required clothing and personal protective equipment to meet the minimum arc rating. Arc rating measures a garment’s ability to insulate the wearer from burns; the higher the arc rating, the greater the flame resistance. These suits are made of PVC-coated Nomex aramid. Jackets have snaps down the front and a storm flap to keep rain out. Sleeves have hook and loop cuffs; tighten to fit your wrist or expand to wear over gloves. The bib overalls have adjustable suspenders to modify the length.
When measuring chest size, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Find your waist size by measuring just above the top of your hip bone. Take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under these suits.

Flame- and Arc-Flash-Protection Bib Overalls

These overalls meet NFPA 70E for protection against flames and electrical arc flashes. They’re adjustable for a snug fit that shields skin from hazards while keeping you mobile—tighten and loosen the suspenders and secure cuffs around boots with hook and loop straps. Choose a bib overall that meets the arc rated personal protective equipment (PPE) category required by your workplace. The higher the arc rating, the greater the flame resistance.

Cotton/nylon overalls are rated Category 2 for protection against arc flashes, which is the most common rating for standard industrial applications. They are soft yet wear resistant, so they’re more breathable than modacrylic/aramid overalls. A water-resistant coating on these overalls keeps you dry. They have leg zippers, making it easy to pull the overalls over bulky boots. With hip slits on both sides, you can reach through to your pants pockets.
