TIG Torch Accessory Kits
![]() |
All the TIG torch accessories you need to get started in one kit, including collets, collet bodies, and nozzles.
Borosilicate Glass Nozzle—Kits with borosilicate glass nozzles are clear, so you'll be able to see what you're working on, even when space is cramped. However, these nozzles break more easily than other nozzles. Instead of threads, the collet bodies have O-rings; push the nozzle onto the collet body, and the O-ring holds it in place.
Aluminum Oxide Ceramic Nozzle—Kits with aluminum oxide ceramic nozzles are durable and economical—a good choice for most applications, although they do limit visibility, unlike glass. The nozzles thread directly onto the collet bodies.
Gas-Saving TIG Welding—Gas-saving nozzles include a gas diffuser, so they use less gas than standard nozzles but won't compromise the quality of your weld. The gas diffuser smooths the flow of shielding gas, so it goes where you want it and isn't wasted. Shielding gas prevents oxidation and pitting, which weaken welds. Having reliable gas coverage means your electrode can stick out farther and reach into tight spots while staying inside the cloud of gas.
For Narrow Gas Coverage—Narrow nozzles work well with most metals.
For Wide Gas Coverage—Wide nozzles spray a large cloud of shielding gas that helps with tough-to-weld metals, such as titanium and Inconel. Because of their size, they’re harder to fit into corners than standard nozzles.

Urethane Rubber Belt Joining Kits
Everything you need to repair round, flat, and V-belts. These kits fuse belt ends together with heat, forming a weld that restores the belt to its original strength. You can also use them to make custom-size belting. Unlike belt connectors and lacing, the weld leaves behind no crevices, so there’s nowhere for germs to hide during washdowns. They’re perfect for repairing conveyors and pulleys in food and pharmaceutical plants.
Lock belts into the clamp with the twist of a knob for perfectly aligned welds. Just like using a soldering iron, you press the hot blade against the belt ends to melt them together in under a minute. For the strongest bond, allow the belt to cool for thirty minutes before operation.

MIG Welders
![]() |
Powerful, practical, and made in the U.S., our Lincoln MIG welder plugs into common 120V outlets to produce an output range of 30-140 amps. That’s enough power to weld steel as thick as 3/16" in a single pass.
The system comes with a gun, nozzles, contact tips, sample spools of wire, and everything else you need for gasless, flux-cored welding. For solid-core MIG welding, connect the regulator to a tank of shielding gas (not included).
Carts—Transport your welder from place to place while securing your gas tank from falling over. The angled top surface allows for easy access to the welder’s controls, with a lower tray for added storage.
Aluminum Welding Kits for MIG Welders—Kits include a spool gun that houses aluminum wire in the gun itself, reducing the length of travel and risk of tangles.

Multiprocess Welders
![]() |
Repair most metal with a single machine—these welders perform MIG, TIG, and stick welds. Often used for general purpose applications, MIG welding is faster than other techniques and easiest to learn. TIG welding works on thin metal and leaves a clean appearance, so it’s commonly used for finish work. Stick welding is best for heavy duty welds on thick or dirty metal. It’s also the easiest to do outdoors, since it doesn’t use shielding gas that could be affected by wind.
TIG Torches—TIG torches are required for TIG welding.
Welding Foot Pedals—Welding foot pedals let you control amperage while TIG welding.
MIG Spool Guns—MIG spool guns hold welding wire for use when MIG welding aluminum.
Carts—Use carts to transport welders, gas, and accessories.

Ultrasonic Welders
Use sound waves to heat up your materials and weld them together with these welders, guns, and tips. They create clean spot welds in seconds. Weld plastic to itself or to other materials, such as steel. These welders don’t use direct heat, so they’re less likely to distort or discolor your weld than hot-air welders.

Guns are handheld and attach to your welder.
Straight Grip—Straight-grip guns activate when you press them against your workpiece. They’re good for welding on a workbench and on other horizontal surfaces.
Pistol Grip—Pistol-grip guns activate with a trigger on the handle. They’re good for welding on vertical surfaces.
Staking Tips
Stud Welders
Join threaded studs and pins to metal surfaces in milliseconds, forming bonds stronger than the studs themselves. Just load a stud into the gun, aim it against your base material, and pull the trigger to fuse the two together.
Unlike drawn arc stud welders, our capacitor discharge systems work with metals less than a millimeter thick. They won’t leave fastener heads on the opposite side of the base material, so they’re often used for jobs requiring a clean-looking finish, such as attaching handles to high-end cookware. The one-sided welds are also preferred by the USDA for fabricating dairy tanks and other food-safe machinery – with no holes drilled, germs have nowhere to hide.

- Suitable for steel and stainless steel base materials, as well as aluminum and brass
- Also called fasteners
Copper-Plated Steel—Copper-plated steel studs have good corrosion resistance.
18-8 Stainless Steel—18-8 stainless steel studs are more corrosion resistant than copper-plated steel studs.
Aluminum—Aluminum studs are more lightweight than steel or stainless steel studs. They’re nonmagnetic. In wet environments, they resist corrosion.
