Metric Steel Hex Weld Nuts

The three weld points on these metric hex nuts create a secure hold on a steel surface. Weld them to sheet metal or thick steel surfaces to add strong, permanent threads. They stand up to high torque and pull force better than rivet nuts. Made of uncoated steel, there’s minimal prep required to weld them to uncoated steel surfaces. All have a collar pilot that guides the nut into the hole, holds it in place while welding, and protects the threads from weld spatter.

Metric Stainless Steel Hex Weld Nuts

You can weld these nuts to flat and uneven uncoated stainless steel surfaces for a strong permanent hold. They have a collar pilot that assists alignment and prevents welding spatter from getting into threads.

Titanium Hex Weld Nuts

When you need a high strength-to-weight ratio and extreme corrosion resistance, choose these titanium weld nuts. They’re 40% lighter than steel and stand up to salt water, acids, and chemicals. Weld them onto titanium surfaces to add strong, permanent threads. Projections on the base concentrate your weld and create room for heat to dissipate, protecting the threads from deforming. The threads are also protected from weld spatter thanks to the collar pilot, which guides the nut into the hole and holds it in place.
Nuts that meet DIN 929 comply with dimensional standards for hex-shaped weld nuts.
