Door Kick Plates
These kick plates prolong the life of doors by shielding them from scratches, dings, and marks in high-traffic areas. They also keep moisture from damaging the base of doors in facilities that require frequent mopping and cleaning. Our kick plates are tested with salt spray to meet ANSI A156.6 requirements for strength, appearance, and durability. They stay looking like new, even when installed outdoors in humid or wet environments.
Screw In

Mount with the included self-drilling screws and skip drilling a hole. The screws match the finish of the plates and sit flush to create a clean, smooth look.
Bronze—Outfit public facing doors with a decorative look that hides smudges and marks. They resist corrosion as well as 304 stainless steel and are slightly stronger than brass plates to prevent scratches and dents.
Width—Select a kick plate 2" narrower than your door to prevent obstructions when opening and closing it.
Height—Kick plates 34" to 46" in height guard against damage from carts or dollies better than shorter plates.

Self-Lubricating Wear Plates

Impact causes these porous bronze plates to release a thin layer of oil on the surface to minimize friction. Often found on conveyor systems and fabricating machinery, use these plates where friction between two parts or materials is wearing down equipment to extend equipment life. They can be used outdoors.
