Digital Pocket Vibration Meters
Keep these meters on hand to quickly check the health of your machine and bearings. They digitally measure acceleration, frequency, and speed to help you identify potential problems, such as bearings that are off balance or misaligned. These meters have two different bases for taking readings. The magnetic base is useful for hands-free readings on magnetic surfaces. For nonmagnetic surfaces, use the pin tip and gently hold the meter against the vibrating surface. Rated IP65, these meters will continue to measure in dusty and damp workspaces.

Vibration Meters
In addition to vibration, these meters measure acceleration, frequency, speed, displacement, and temperature. Use them to gauge the health of your bearings and machines. Onscreen analytics allow you to instantly check the condition of your equipment. These meters store up to 3,500 readings in memory, and you can transfer them to your computer with a USB cord (not included) to track trends.
Import regulations restrict sales to the listed areas.
Add a probe to take measurements in hard-to-access areas. It has a magnetic base you can mount to a machine to get constant readings.

Handheld Machine-Monitoring Sensors
and
Temperature
Monitor the health of pumps, engines, and other rotating equipment from your wireless device. These battery-powered sensors measure speed, acceleration, and temperature to help identify potential problems related to balance, alignment, and lubrication. Good for daily maintenance checks, they're battery powered and magnetic, so you can stick them on a machine, take a reading, and move to the next machine. They send readings using Bluetooth, which you can review in the field or offsite.
Install the app on your device and create profiles for multiple pieces of equipment—once created, you won’t have to enter information each time you want to do a maintenance check. Based on your machine profiles, the app will set default alarm thresholds. It will also recommend courses of action.
Sensors and replacement chargers cannot be sold to certain regions due to local energy efficiency regulations.

Acceleration Sensors
Gauge your machine’s health with more precision than vibration monitors. These sensors measure acceleration, vibration, and frequency. Mount them to motors, fans, and gearboxes. Made entirely of stainless steel, they stand up to prolonged exposure to water and mild chemicals. These sensors use the IEPE communication protocol, so you can connect them to a vibration controller or edge device.
Three-axis sensors pick up motion in three directions—up and down, side to side, and back and forth—for a more comprehensive assessment than single-axis sensors.
All of these sensors are IP67 rated to block out dust and water if briefly submerged. IP68 and IP69K rated sensors also stand up to spraying water during high-pressure washdowns.

Movement Monitoring Sensors for Vehicles and Machines
Mount these sensors to robot arms, cranes, and vehicles to accurately track their movements. Also known as inertial measurement units (IMUs), they hold sensors for altitude, angular velocity (rotation speed), and acceleration in a housing about the size of a hockey puck. As your machine moves, these sensors send data to vehicle systems and computers in real time using SAE J1939 protocols. They can trigger on-board safety systems, which alert operators to dangerous conditions, adjust a vehicle’s path to avoid accidents, and keep machines working in safe zones. Use these sensors right out of the box with the standard settings or customize them for specific applications with the included software. They’re rated IP67 and IP69K to hold up to dirty, dusty environments and washdowns with hot, high-pressure water.

Motion-Measuring Modules for Development Boards
Measure your device's acceleration, rotation, or orientation. These modules gather data over time and track movement, which can help improve performance, debug issues, and calibrate your components. Solder them onto a development board. To connect them to your device, solder on a wire or header. For a solderless connection, use a Qwiic cord (not included).
An accelerometer measures the rate at which your device is speeding up or slowing down. A gyroscope measures how fast your device is rotating. A magnetometer measures your device's orientation.
