Flanged On/Off Valves
Bolt these valves to ANSI flanges. Their lockable lever handle can be fixed in place using a padlock (not included). These valves have four mounting holes for attaching an actuator.
316 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than cast iron or steel valves.
Full-port valves do not restrict flow.
Standard-port valves slightly restrict flow.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Flanged Air-Driven On/Off Valves
- Valve Type: Butterfly
- For Use With: Water, Air, Argon, Helium, Neon, Steam, Xenon, Krypton, Drinking Water
- Seal Material : EPDM Rubber
- Specifications Met: API 609, NSF/ANSI 61
To automatically start and stop flow faster than motor-driven valves, these operate on compressed air. You must control the air to the actuator using either the included electric pilot valve or a manual on/off valve (not included). Valves don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation.
The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear. A visual flow indicator on the top of the actuator shows whether the valve is open or closed. The manual override allows you to operate the valve during power outages. Valves meet NSF/ANSI 61 for use with drinking water.
All valves are lug style; their hole pattern matches ANSI flanges of the same pipe size. They can be sandwiched between two flanges, or bolt them directly to a single flange for servicing one end of the pipeline without depressurizing the other side.
Single-acting actuators only require air pressure to open the valve; they automatically spring closed when the air turns off. These valves are normally closed unless actuated. Double-acting actuators require air pressure to open and close the valve. Once actuated, these valves remain actuated until air pressure is applied, so they do not have a valve starting position.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Flanged Flow-Adjustment Valves
Also known as butterfly valves, these bolt to flanges for adjusting and regulating flow in flanged pipelines.
Wafer valves must be sandwiched between two flanges; they have tabs or unthreaded holes to help align the valve between the flanges.
Lug valves can be sandwiched between two flanges or bolted directly to a single flange for servicing one end of the pipeline without depressurizing the other side. They have threaded flange holes with a hole pattern that matches ANSI flanges of the same pipe size.
Lockable lever handles can be fixed in place with a padlock (not included).
Wheel handles open and close with multiple turns, providing fully adjustable flow.
316 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than ductile iron valves.

Lightweight Flanged Flow-Adjustment Valves
- Valve Type: Butterfly
- For Use With: See table
An aluminum body provides strength and durability at half the weight of other metal flanged flow-adjustment valves. These valves bolt to flanges for adjusting and regulating flow in flanged pipelines. Fix the lockable lever handle in place using a padlock (not included) with a shackle diameter up to 5/16”. Valves are wafer style, so they must be sandwiched between two flanges; all have unthreaded holes or tabs to help align the valve between the flanges.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Flanged Flow-Adjustment Valves for Chemicals
With seats that can stand up to aggressive and corrosive solutions, these valves are often used in chemical-processing applications. They bolt to flanges for adjusting and regulating flow in flanged pipelines.
Lockable lever handles have 10 flow-adjustment positions. The handle can be fixed in place with a padlock (not included).
Wheel handles open and close with multiple turns, providing fully adjustable flow.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Flange-Mount Pressure-Relief Discs
Install these discs within the bolt circle of ANSI Class 150 flanges. They break open at the burst pressure to allow unrestricted flow. All are for one-time use. Discs are made of resin-impregnated graphite for resistance to temperature and pressure fluctuations as well as corrosive liquids and gases. They include two gaskets for installation between flanges.
Vacuum-rated discs have supports to resist rupture caused by vacuum.
Operating ratio is the ratio between the normal operating pressure and the burst pressure. Exceeding the operating ratio decreases the service life of the disc. For example, a disc with a burst pressure of 100 psi and an operating ratio of 80% should not be used in a system with an operating pressure greater than 80 psi.
