About Loc-Line and Snap-Loc Coolant Hose
Assemble and disassemble Loc-Line and Snap-Loc coolant hose by snapping components together or pulling them apart. Assembly and separation tools (sold separately) are recommended.
To ensure compatibility, select the color and trade size that match your current system. A system’s trade size is equal to the ID of its hose.
On/Off Valves with 37° Flared Tube Fittings for Fuel
- Valve Type: Ball
- For Use With: Diesel Fuel, Fuel Oil, Gasoline
- Seal Material: PTFE Plastic
These valves have 37° flared tube fittings that form a tight seal on metal tubing lines to transfer diesel fuel, fuel oil, and gasoline. All are full port, so they do not restrict flow.

On/Off Valves with 45° Flared Compression
Fittings for Natural Gas, Propane, and Butane
- Valve Type: Ball
- For Use With: Butane, Natural Gas, Propane
- Seal Material: PTFE Plastic
- Specifications Met: CSA Certified, CSA-US Certified, UL Listed
With 45° flared tube fittings, these valves form a tight seal on metal tubing lines for natural gas, propane, and butane. All have a T-handle that resists accidental movement when snagged or bumped. Valves are standard port, so they slightly restrict flow.

Precision Flow-Adjustment Valves with 45° Flared Compression Fittings
- Valve Type: Needle
- For Use With: Air
- Seal Material: Neoprene Rubber
With 45° flared tube fittings, these valves form a tight seal on metal tubing. Turn the handle to adjust flow in small increments for metering, sampling, and other applications requiring fine flow control. All valves have metal-to-metal seats that resist temperature fluctuations.

Threaded Check Valves
These valves open to allow flow in one direction and close when flow stops or reverses.
316 stainless steel valves have the best corrosion resistance.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.
- For Use With: Air, Argon, Helium, Krypton, Neon, Water, Xenon
- Spring Material: 316 Stainless Steel
- Seal Material: Fluoroelastomer Rubber

Couplers for High-Pressure Fill Valves
Fill tanks and recharge struts—these couplers join hose to high-pressure fill valves with Schrader threads.
Some couplers meet SAE AS4395, an automotive industry standard for flared fitting dimensions.
70° elbow couplers are angled to access hard-to-reach valves.
Couplers with a shut-off valve let you control the flow of air by hand. When used with Schrader valves that have a core, the core depressor pin in these couplers press valves open to let air flow in.

Backflow-Prevention Inline Hydraulic Valves
Also known as check valves, these open to allow flow in one direction and close when flow stops or reverses.
Valves with a poppet have internal components that can handle any flow rates. The higher the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid coming into the valve, the lower the pressure the fluid is as it leaves the valve.
UN/UNF (SAE Straight) thread connections have straight threads and are also known as O-ring Boss fittings.

1/4" Loc-Line Coolant Hose
Build a custom system to deliver coolant, cutting oil, water, or air in any direction. Once in position, hose stays put—there's no spring back or movement caused by vibration or heavy flow.
Assemble and disassemble by snapping components together or pulling them apart. Assembly pliers (sold separately) are recommended. To ensure compatibility, select the color and trade size that match your current system. These components fit Loc-Line hose with a 1/4” ID.
Connectors are required to join components. Coolant supply connectors join components to coolant supply lines.
