Angle Rails for V-Groove Track Rollers
Use these rails with any track rollers that have a 90° V-groove. The bottom can be drilled for mounting.
420 stainless steel rails are more corrosion resistant than steel rails. Use them in areas where frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners take place.
Rails with a Rockwell hardness rating offer improved wear resistance over unhardened rails. The higher the hardness rating, the harder the metal.

Track Roller Carriages and Guide Rails
V-shaped rollers and rails allow these carriages to operate well in dirty environments because the debris won't get trapped on the rail. Wipers sweep away dust and contaminants and distribute lubricant along the rail. Carriages can be adjusted for a snug or loose fit on the rail (also known as preload). Mount in any orientation without affecting load capacity.

Light Duty Track Roller Carriages and Guide Rails
Nylon rollers provide low-friction movement for light loads and corrosive environments. The V-shaped profile of the rollers and rails prevents debris from becoming trapped on the rail. High-Temperature Track Roller Carriages and Guide Rails
High-temperature PTFE-thickened grease enables these carriages to operate in temperatures up to 500° F, higher than any other carriage that we offer. Their V-shaped rails allow them to operate well in dirty environments because the debris won’t get trapped on the rail.
