Urethane Potting Compounds
Encase electronic assemblies in a layer of urethane for protection from dust, moisture, chemicals, mechanical shock, and vibration. Urethanes withstand a wide range of temperatures and are the best choice for cold-temperature applications. They have excellent flexibility, good chemical and moisture resistance, and provide good electrical insulation.
Cartridge potting compounds can be applied precisely through the included mixer nozzle. You’ll need a dispensing gun (sold separately). US2350™ also require a 4:1 plunger (sold separately) to dispense.
Bottle potting compounds are easier to apply in high volumes than cartridge potting compounds. Mix the compounds together and pour them over components inside potting boxes and other containers. If mixing introduces any air bubbles, put the mixture in a vacuum chamber.

High-Temperature Urethane Potting Compounds
Add shock and vibration resistance to electronics that heat up during use—these compounds withstand temperature changes better than other urethane compounds. They're often used with equipment such as sensor wire leads, capacitors, and resistors. Like other urethane compounds, they’re good electrical insulators. They also resist chemicals, moisture, and dust. Product labeling requirements restrict sales to the listed jurisdictions/areas.
Mix the two parts of these compounds together and pour them over components inside a potting box or other container. If mixing introduces air bubbles, put the mixture in a vacuum chamber to remove them.

Light-Activated Urethane Potting Compounds
In just 20 seconds under a UV light, these urethane compounds form into a strong protective layer on electrical components. They withstand a wide range of temperatures and are good electrical insulators. They also stop chemicals, moisture, and dust from damaging your device. With excellent flexibility, they protect against vibration and impact. Since they also work as an adhesive, you can use them to bond and insulate components such as electrical connectors and thermal switches. No mixing required.

Cable Repair Resins
Protect and insulate electrical connections, and repair damaged insulation. These two-part resins bond to the insulation of most cable. The size listed is the total of the two parts.
No Gap resins are thin enough to completely fill gaps.
MSHA Compliant 30 CFR 7.407 resin meets Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) standards for material quality.
