Grinding Wheels with Nylon Mesh for Angle Grinders—Use on Metals
Multiple layers of nylon mesh embedded with abrasive provide a cushioned grind. Also known as unitized discs or wheels.
Medium-density wheels conform to surfaces better than hard-density wheels. Use for blending tool marks, light deburring, and giving a bright surface finish.
Hard-density wheels are more durable for aggressive material removal and heavy deburring.
