Ultraviolet Curing Chambers
Safely cure light-activated adhesives, coatings, and ink or strengthen 3D-printed resin parts with UV light in these enclosed chambers. Also known as flood curing, they evenly cure your parts. They work just like a microwave. Plug them in, set your time, and they’re ready to cure.
Chambers with a turntable are ideal for large and intricate 3D printed parts. The turntable rotates parts under the lights for even exposure while curing. Because these chambers use low-intensity LED bulbs and only operate when the door is closed, additional UV-protective glasses or clothing while using them are not required.
Chambers with a shelf create a deep, consistent cure and work best with small and flat parts. You can position parts closer to the bulb with the adjustable shelf for a faster curing. An automatic lamp shutter covers and reduces power to the bulb when you open the door. You should always wear UV-protective glasses and clothing when the system is turned on because of their high-intensity light. To remotely monitor and control these chambers, connect them to a computer or PLC.
Chambers and replacement bulbs that cannot be sold to Canada are restricted by regulations on limiting mercury content.

Wire-Terminal Base Miniature Light Bulbs
Wire terminals allow you to connect these bulbs to a power source through a panel. These bulbs are sized to fit into tight spaces such as signs, instruments, indicators, and flashlights. Brightness is measured in lumens; the higher the lumens, the brighter the bulb.
Ultraviolet LED bulbs are often used to sterilize surfaces, cure adhesives, and detect leaks. Ultraviolet light is invisible to the human eye.

Handheld Ultraviolet Disinfectant Lamps
Disinfect phones, door knobs, masks, and other small objects. Using ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI), these portable lamps kill viruses, bacteria, and other microbes in seconds. Lightweight with a durable plastic housing, they’re designed to be carried from place to place. To guard from UV rays, wear eye protection and cover exposed skin while disinfecting.
These lamps cannot be sold to Canada due to import regulations.

Ultraviolet Disinfectant Lamps
Mount these lamps to a ceiling or wall to disinfect lab tools, respirators, and small surfaces such as countertops. These lamps kill viruses, bacteria, and other microbes with ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI). They’re commonly used in areas that could be damaged by liquid cleaners or chemical disinfectants.
Always wear eye and skin protection when operating. Since these lamps don’t produce ozone, it’s safe to enter the disinfected area as soon as they’re turned off. For best results, replace the bulbs after 1,000 hours of use.

Ultraviolet Disinfectant Chambers
These chambers kill viruses, bacteria, and other microbes with ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI). Use them to disinfect small items, especially those that could be damaged by liquid chemical cleaners. They’re enclosed to protect users, with a UV-blocking window and an auto shut-off function if the door is opened while they’re running. Similar to microwaves, these chambers let you adjust energy and time settings based on what you’re putting inside. Program up to 10 presets to save time when disinfecting with frequently used settings. A built-in radiometer monitors UV levels, making sure the correct level of UVGI energy is delivered even as the bulbs age. Bulbs should be replaced after 5,000 hours of use.
These chambers cannot be sold to Canada due to import regulations.

Headlamps
Keep your hands free by wearing a flashlight on your head. These headlamps have long-lasting, built-in LEDs that produce more light and generate less heat than other light technologies. An included strap secures the lamp to your head and adjusts for a comfortable fit.
Headlamps with a uniform beam are especially good for close-up tasks and inspection work. Use headlamps with ultraviolet LED lights for fluorescent leak detection in HVAC-R systems.
IP04 rated headlamps withstand liquid splashed from all angles but have not been tested against dust. Note: Battery life is significantly reduced when headlamps are used at the high-beam light setting.

Light Meters
Measure light quality and intensity with these meters. They shut off automatically to preserve battery life. These meters are CE marked, so they meet European safety standards. They should not be used with lasers.
Use the data hold function to freeze a measurement on the screen, giving you time to write it down. Some meters also have an analog output, which transmits data to a recorder. Meters with minimum/maximum memory let you save and retrieve the high and low measurements you’ve taken.
Style D meters measure the intensity of UV light with two sensors: one for long-wave UVA light and one for short-wave UVC light. They’re used in sterilization systems, curing applications, such as coatings and adhesives, and for monitoring blue-light UV radiation from welding equipment. Measurements are clearly shown on the backlit LCD display, so they’re easy to read even in low lighting. To track changes over time, set up automatic measurements—you can select any time increment between one and 3,600 seconds. Use the built-in tilt stand to prop meters up, so you don’t have to hold them. Store measurements on the standard SD memory card and transfer them to a computer for analysis. Always wear UV-protective glasses and clothing when collecting measurements.
Plug an optional thermocouple probe into Style D meters to measure surface temperature. These probes are often used in curing applications to make sure material has reached the required temperature.
