Thermocouple Connectors
Simplify connecting your thermocouple to thermometers and control panels—these connectors give your thermocouple a plug-in connection. To attach them to your thermocouple, first remove the panel on these connectors to expose the terminals. Then insert your thermocouple wire leads, tighten the terminals, and reattach the panel.

Panel-Mount Thermocouple Connection Strips
Create an easy way to plug in multiple thermocouples—these connection strips mount directly into your control panel. With at least two connections on each strip, you can plug in multiple thermocouples to monitor temperature at different points in your process. Each socket is numbered to help identify thermocouples and keep your wires organized. Choose a connection strip with a thermocouple type that matches the type of thermocouple you’re plugging in. You should also make sure the equipment you’re connecting it to is also compatible with the same thermocouple type.
Connection strips for flat-pin mini thermocouple connectors install from the rear of your panel. They snap into place with spring clips.
Connection strips for round-pin thermocouple connectors install from the front of your panel. Just tighten the screws on the front of the strip and T-nuts will hold it in place against your panel.
Add a mounting frame (sold separately) if your panel opening is larger than the cutout dimensions. When using a mounting frame, install your connection strip into the frame before attaching the entire assembly to your panel opening. Use the frame's mounting holes to secure your fasteners.

Conduit-Mount Thermocouple Connection Strips
Already mounted in a conduit box, these connection strips save you the effort of modifying a panel for installation. With six connections on each strip, you can plug in multiple thermocouples to monitor temperature at different points in your process. The sockets are numbered to help you identify thermocouples and keep your wires organized.
To install, remove the connection strip from the conduit box, then pull your wiring through. Attach the box to your conduit, wire up the back of the connection strip, and reattach it to the conduit box. Then just plug your thermocouples into the strip.
