Brass Push-to-Connect Fittings for Food, Beverage, and Dairy

Nickel-Plated Brass Fittings: NSF/ANSI 169
Made of brass, these fittings withstand frequent washdowns in food-processing applications. They also adhere to NSF/ANSI safety standards, so they’re safe to use with food, beverages, and dairy. Also known as instant fittings, they connect to plastic tubing with a push, and an internal gripping ring and O-ring hold the tubing tight. To disconnect them, push the release ring and pull the tubing out of the fitting.
Unplated brass fittings meet European Union standards for food safety and Italian standards for drinking water.
Nickel-plated brass fittings have better corrosion resistance than brass fittings that aren’t plated.

Quick-Disconnect Tube Couplings for Food and Beverage

Couplings consist of a plug and a socket (sold separately) that join with a latch, so you can frequently connect and disconnect your line. To connect, insert the plug into the socket; to disconnect, press the latch on the socket and remove the plug. They’re made of FDA-approved materials, including moisture-resistant plastic that won’t absorb liquid and lose strength, even in high-humidity food and beverage applications.
Plugs and sockets with shut-off have a valve to stop the flow when the coupling is separated, so fluid won’t spill from your line.

Food Industry Solenoid On/Off Valves with Push-to-Connect Fittings

Insert tubing into the fittings on these valves—no heat, solder, or flux required. Valves meet NSF/ANSI 169 for use with food equipment. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow.
All are normally closed unless actuated. Valves don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.
