Vibration-Damping Sandwich Mounts with Unthreaded Hole

Prevent wobbling caused by vibration and shock to keep bearings, cooling fans, and other internal components aligned and intact. With a steel top plate and wide base, these are the sturdiest sandwich mounts we offer. They'll support loads up to 1,800 pounds from above, but they're not recommended for side-mounting (shear) applications, such as an electrical panel mounted to a wall. Unlike mounts with threaded holes, you can install these with any bolt or screw of your choice, threaded or unthreaded.

These snap-together grommets are a low-fuss option if you're installing several at once or in very small holes. Stick them inside equipment so vibration doesn't wear out electrical connections, fine-thread fasteners, and other fragile components.
Chemical-Resistant Polyurethane Rubber—Keep their strength and flexibility when exposed to a wide range of coatings, solvents, oils, and cleaners made with mild acids and bases.
High-Temperature Silicone Rubber—These mounts handle temperatures about twice as high as natural rubber and neoprene. Use them to reduce vibration on and around ovens, kilns, and other heat-generating equipment.
Steel Insert—An economical choice for equipment not facing moisture or harsh chemicals.
Brass Insert—These inserts remain strong and stable at temperatures twice as high as steel. Use them on or around ovens, kilns, and other heat-generating equipment.
Style 4—An embedded steel plate distributes weight evenly to stabilize heavy or wobbly equipment.
Style 5—The lowest-profile option for narrow gaps between components.

These bushings have a taller profile than vibration-damping grommets, so they can be used in thicker panels. With only one rim, they're also easier to install. They isolate vibration around motors, fans, blowers, and actuators to extend part life and minimize downtime.
