Torque Screwdriver and Bit Sets
These sets include an adjustable torque driver, bits for different drive styles, and a socket adapter. To adjust torque, remove the black vinyl end cap and turn the attached adjustment key. When set torque is reached, the driver slips to disengage and stop turning the fastener, preventing overtightening. Sets come with a calibration certificate that is traceable to NIST and includes the test measurements that confirm accuracy.
Note: Accuracy ratings do not apply to the lower 20% of the torque range.

Changeable-Shaft Torque Screwdriver Sets
Set includes a handle, six shafts, and an adjustment tool. Remove and replace the shaft to use a different size or drive style. To adjust torque, insert the adjustment tool into the handle and turn to the desired setting. When set torque is reached, the driver signals with an audible click. The handle has a contoured ultra grip for comfort. Sets come with a calibration certificate that is traceable to DIN and includes the test measurements that confirm accuracy.
Note: Accuracy ratings apply to the entire torque range.

Torque-Control Flag-Handle Key Sets
The assorted keys in these sets have a small handle that prevents you from generating too much torque when turning a fastener. They are often used to install carbide inserts in cutting tools.
Torx Plus keys have a star-shaped profile similar to Torx but are not compatible with standard Torx screws.

Torque Sensors
Measure and record manually applied torque. These sensors convert torque into an electrical signal that your computer or programmable logic controller (PLC) can read.
Sensors with a PC connection kit include software that plots and analyzes measurements, so you can track highs, lows, and averages over time. If measurements fall outside a certain range, the software can also set off alarms or send you an email. Export your data to Excel, MATLAB, LabVIEW, and other programs for analysis. Connect to a computer or tablet with the included USB cord. Sensors with a wireless PC connection kit also have a built-in transmitter that uses Wi-Fi to send signals to a USB receiver plugged into your PC.
Sensors with a PLC connection kit send signals to a PLC to trigger actions in your system, such as checking for proper fastening between joints or connections. They can also trigger robotic arms and other machinery to apply a precise amount of force.
Drive adapters let you connect these sensors to the drive of a torque wrench.
Use base plates to mount these sensors to a flat surface for testing.
