Heat Transfer Pads
An alternative to heat transfer compounds, these soft, flexible pads transfer heat from a source to a heat sink. They compress slightly to make up for surface imperfections and roughness. These pads are conformable with a slightly tacky surface that lightly adheres to both smooth and rough surfaces. Pads meet UL 94 V-0 for flame retardance.

Thermally Conductive High-Temperature Silicone Foam Sheets
Protect sensitive equipment from heat buildup with this silicone foam. These sheets are commonly used to fill gaps and damp vibration in computers, battery installations, and heat pipe assemblies. This foam has closed-cell construction, which restricts water, air, and gases from being absorbed. They have a crisscross texture that provides a nonslip gripping surface.

Two-Part Silicone Potting Compounds
Encase electronic assemblies in a layer of silicone for protection from dust, moisture, mechanical shock, and vibration. Softer and more flexible than epoxies and urethanes with the widest temperature range, silicone potting compounds are the best choice for high-temperature applications and electronics exposed to thermal cycling. They have good moisture resistance but poor chemical and abrasion resistance. Silicones provide excellent electrical insulation. They’re also known as RTV (room-temperature vulcanizing).
Cartridge potting compound requires a gun (sold separately) to dispense; use it with the included mixer nozzle.

Optically Clear Two-Part Silicone Potting Compounds
Clear enough to read through, these UV-resistant potting compounds allow optimal light transmission for use with LEDs, solar cells, and fiber optics. Use them to encase electronic assemblies for protection from dust, moisture, mechanical shock, and vibration. Softer and more flexible than epoxies and urethanes with the widest temperature range, these silicone compounds are the best choice for high-temperature applications and electronics exposed to thermal cycling. They have excellent electrical insulation and good moisture resistance but poor chemical and abrasion resistance. Also known as RTV (room-temperature vulcanizing).
Compounds in a cartridge come with a mixer nozzle for precise application. You need a gun (sold separately) to dispense.
Compounds in a bottle are easy to apply in high volumes. Just mix and pour them over components inside containers, such as potting boxes.
Liquid compounds harden around your component to form a strong, durable, and permanent layer of protection.
Gel compounds form a soft and flexible layer of protection. You can also remove them if you need to re-access your components. They are rated IP68 once potted, so they seal out water even if submersed.

Ready-to-Use Silicone Potting Compounds
No mixing required—these potting compounds come ready to apply. Use them to encase electronic assemblies for protection from dust, moisture, mechanical shock, and vibration. They're also known as RTV (room-temperature vulcanizing) compounds because they don’t need heat or UV light to cure.
Potting compounds that meet UL 94 V-0 have passed a test for flame retardance.
Potting compounds that cannot be sold to California exceed local regulatory limits on VOCs (volatile organic compounds).

Light-Activated Silicone Potting Compounds
Pot multiple electronics in a flash—these compounds don’t require mixing and they cure within seconds under UV light. Made of silicone, they’re softer and more flexible than epoxy or urethane compounds, so they’re better at protecting against shocks and vibration. They also withstand a wider range of temperatures, so they’re often used with electronics that heat and cool rapidly. These compounds are excellent electrical insulators, and they’ll shield your components from moisture and dust. However, they don’t hold up well to abrasion or chemicals. The tapered nozzle lets you apply them precisely.

Electrically Conductive High-Temperature Silicone Rubber Sheets
- Color: Black
- Temperature Range: -65° F to 400° F
- Tensile Strength: 800 psi
- For Use Outdoors: Yes
Filled with carbon black, these sheets won’t generate static charges and divert existing ones away from electronics. Use them as a conductor to protect components from static discharge. You can also use them as EMI/RFI gaskets. Made of silicone, also called polysiloxane, these sheets stand up to salt water, UV rays, and ozone.

Electrically and Thermally Conductive Grease
A high silver content gives this grease excellent conductivity for applications where electricity and heat transfer are required. It is suitable for ESD (electrostatic discharge) and EMI (electromagnetic interference) shielding applications. Product regulations restrict sales to the listed jurisdictions/areas.
NLGI viscosity grade is a rating of a grease's consistency. NLGI 2 is about the consistency of peanut butter.
Electrical resistivity is a measure of how well a material opposes the flow of electricity. The lower the rating, the more electricity it conducts.
Thermal conductivity measures a material’s ability to transfer heat. The higher the rating, the more heat it transfers.
Grease lubricates most efficiently within the listed temperature range. Melting temperature is the point at which grease will fail and run out of equipment, leaving it to run dry.
