Terminal Blocks
Mount blocks to a panel or the surface of a machine. Also known as barrier terminal strips. All are rated UL 94 V-0, so they meet flammability standards.
Covers protect the top of the block and prevent accidental contact with a live circuit. They include mounting clips to place between the block and its mounting screws.
Marker strips extend from underneath the blocks to provide a blank space for labeling.
Jumpers connect side-by-side terminals.
Quick-disconnect adapters convert screw terminal connections into quick-disconnect connections.

Short-Resistant Terminal Blocks

Short-Resistant Easy-Disconnect Terminal Blocks
Best for equipment requiring regular servicing, these blocks disconnect without having to remove any wiring thanks to their plug-and-socket design. Solder the pins on these blocks directly to your circuit board and connect the screw terminals to stripped wires, ring terminals, or spade terminals. They’re also known as barrier terminal strips. These blocks meet UL 94 V-0 for flame retardance.

Secure-Connect Circuit Board Terminal Blocks
Secure wires to your circuit board without worrying about them vibrating loose or getting pulled out. Also known as Eurostyle terminal blocks, these blocks use screw-clamp terminals to clamp your wire in place. Insert your stripped wire into a port, then tighten the screw to secure it with the internal clamp. To connect these blocks to your circuit board, directly solder the pins to it. They meet UL 94 V-0 for flame retardance.

Easy-Disconnect Circuit Board Terminal Blocks
Quickly disconnect these terminal blocks without having to remove any wires. Their plug and socket connections work best for equipment that you service frequently. Thermocouple Terminal Blocks
Connect thermocouple wires without soldering or splicing. The terminals on these terminal blocks are made from same materials as thermocouples to ensure no signal is lost. Also known as barrier strips, they shield connections from each other to keep them neat and minimize the chance of short circuits. Choose a terminal block that matches your thermocouple type. You should also make sure the equipment you’re connecting it to is also compatible with the same thermocouple type.
For easy wiring, each end is labeled positive or negative. Mount these terminal blocks to a panel or machine using the mounting holes.
