Washdown Wall-Mount Temperature Switches
To protect these switches from splashing water, corrosive liquid, and dust, the housing meets NEMA 4X for washdown conditions. Switches turn heating equipment on or off at a specified temperature. All have a probe on a cable for remote temperature readings. Set actuation points with the adjustment dial.
3PST (Triple pole, single throw) switches turn three circuits from on to off (normally closed).

Washdown Wall-Mount Autotuning Temperature Controllers
For protection in washdown conditions with splashing water, corrosive liquid, and dust, these controllers have a wall-mount housing that meets NEMA 4X. They’re ideal for systems with rapid, unpredictable, or complex temperature changes. They turn heating equipment on and off using a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control algorithm to make fine adjustments, giving you the most precise and stable temperature control. All work similarly to proportional controllers but gather more variables to calculate the most effective way to return to the target temperature and avoid overshooting it. They also have fuzzy logic to learn your system's behavior and compensate as needed. Use the autotuning function to have the controller cycle and identify the ideal PID variables for your system. These controllers include a highly sensitive Type J thermocouple probe to take temperature readings in critical process applications. Since they reset automatically, they switch off and on again as the temperature fluctuates. Use the keypad to adjust the actuation point, reset point, and other settings.
The controllers have mechanical relay outputs that actuate circuits directly. All are 3PST (triple pole, single throw) and turn three circuits from off to on (normally open). They also have two additional outputs to actuate alarms or other simple devices.
