Double-Hook/Magnetic-Hook Tip
A built-in slot for your finger allows you to control the speed these tape measures retract without pinching your finger with the hook.

Tape measures with a magnetic-hook tip attach to metal surfaces to help vertical and distance measuring. However, the magnetic tip is strong, so it can inadvertently attach to metal and collect shards of ferrous material that impact measurement accuracy.
