Surface-Mount Stroboscopes with Certificate of Calibration
Integrate these stroboscopes into fast-moving lines to check quality. They’re often used to inspect printed labels, rolled metal, and packaging. Channels on three sides allow you to attach them to T-slotted framing and other equipment. They shine bright and uniform pulsing light at moving parts to make them appear slower. This helps your machine vision camera and other digital inspection equipment identify defects. Connect them to sensors to trigger flashes at precise intervals in systems where timing and coordination are crucial. For synchronized usage along your line, you can daisy-chain multiple together. All come with a calibration certificate traceable to NIST that states they’ve passed a test for accuracy.
For visibility in all conditions, they have three light intensity settings. The lowest is often used for highly reflective surfaces, and the highest works well on dark and high-contrast materials. For quick changes between processes, their memory stores up to 10 light patterns.

High-Accuracy Panel-Mount Tachometers with Certificate of Calibration
Accurate to within ±0.001% of reading, these tachometers come with a calibration certificate traceable to NIST that states they’ve passed a test for accuracy. Install in a convenient location and measure speed remotely using a sensor (sold separately). Use the buttons on the front panel to program the unit.
Proximity sensor detects moving metal objects, such as gear teeth and fan blades and can be used in dirty and wet environments. Maximum measuring distance is 0.2" from a 1/2" minimum size metal target.
Magnetic sensor has a maximum measuring distance of 0.005" from a 0.1" minimum size ferrous metal target.
Optical sensor performs best in clean environments and works at up to a 45° angle from reflective tape.

Accurate to within ±0.005% of reading. Install this tachometer in a convenient location and measure speed remotely using a sensor (sold separately). It updates twice per second when the reading exceeds 120 rpm.
Proximity sensor detects moving metal objects, such as gear teeth and fan blades and can be used in dirty and wet environments. Maximum measuring distance is 0.2" from a 1/2" minimum size metal target.
Magnetic sensor has a maximum measuring distance of 0.005" from a 0.1" minimum size ferrous metal target.
