T-Slotted Framing Fasteners
Screw and nut sets or nuts secure brackets and other accessories to rails.
End-feed fasteners slide into the end of the rail to attach components. They form stronger connections than drop-in fasteners because more surface area touches the rail.
Drop-in fasteners fit directly into the T-slot to attach components—no need to disassemble your existing structure. However, they form less secure connections than end-feed fasteners because less surface area touches the rail.

Self-aligning nuts have a ridge that keeps them centered in the T-slot.
Use double and triple nuts to install brackets with multiple holes. They eliminate the need for a single nut and screw for each hole.
Easy-slide spring-tab fasteners have a flexible tab that’s parallel to their body, so it won’t catch on access holes as you slide them along a rail. The tab keeps the nut from sliding down vertical rails.
Offset nuts have a mounting hole close to one end, so you can install them next to corners and rail ends.

Self-aligning nuts have a ridge that keeps them centered in the T-slot.
Spring-tab nuts have a flexible tab on the side that holds them in place on vertical rails. It also compensates for different slot depths.
Set screw nuts can be tightened in place, so they won’t budge, even on vertical rails, until you unscrew them.
Spring-loaded ball nuts hold themselves in place, so they won’t slide down vertical rails. The ball glides over holes, so they’re easy to reposition.
Static-control nuts have serrations that pierce the anodized coating of the rail, which dissipates static charges to protect sensitive electronic equipment.
Hammer nuts drop in to the slot and turn into place when the screw is tightened.
Offset nuts have a mounting hole close to one end, so you can install them next to corners and rail ends.
Stainless steel is stronger than plastic and more corrosion resistant than steel. It withstands salt water and chemicals.

With a narrow base, they fit in channels and other tight spaces where round-base nuts do not. They have a short barrel, so they fit in low-clearance areas, too. They stand up to more torque and pull force than rivet nuts.
Uncoated steel weld nuts require minimal preparation before welding.
Zinc-plated steel weld nuts resist corrosion in wet environments. They require some preparation before welding, such as grinding off the plating from the part of the nut you intend to weld.

Steel Corner Weld Nuts

Install strong, permanent threads in sheet metal to create a 90° joint. Shaped like corner brackets, these weld nuts are often used to add mounting brackets in assemblies such as motors and heaters. In addition to sheet metal, you can weld them onto thick steel surfaces. Modular Mini Chain Belt Conveyors
Build a mini conveyor in any shape you need. These conveyors have curved, straight, incline, and decline runs that you can quickly join together with the included brackets. They're often used in areas with limited floor space and applications that require frequent layout changes. To customize your conveyor, add on components, such as package stops and merge guides, with the built-in T-slots on the side. T-slot bolts are sold separately. These conveyors come with guides installed.
You'll need a drive assembly, an idler assembly, and a belt to complete your conveyor. To determine the belt length you need, multiply your conveyor’s length by 2.1. If you need a belt longer than what’s available, you can connect multiple together. Use a belt installation tool (sold separately) to pull out the pin, then line up two ends and push the pin in with the tool to connect them. You can also shorten a belt using the same tool.
Maximum run length is 70 ft. with two 90° curves. Adding more curved conveyors will reduce the run length.
