T-Slotted Framing Caps, Covers, and Seals
Seal T-slots, rail ends, and gaps between rails to keep out dust, debris, and other contaminants.

Dust covers press into a T-slot to conceal wires and keep dust out. Plastic dust covers can be cut to size with scissors. Aluminum dust covers are more durable than plastic covers. They give aluminum rails a finished look. Clear dust covers let you see into the slot. They’re useful for LED lights used for in-slot lighting or inspecting cable and wire running through your rails.
Covers with static control prevent electrostatic discharge from building up, protecting sensitive electronic equipment.

Wear strip covers slide into a T-slot to provide a slippery, abrasion-resistant surface. 90° angle covers create a side barrier that acts as a guide rail where there isn’t room for another rail. Wedge covers act as a ramp for items to slide on and off the surface of the rail.
Covers with static control prevent electrostatic discharge from building up, protecting sensitive electronic equipment.

Bulb seals compress better than solid seals, but water can leak from the top or bottom when your door is ajar.
Inline wiper seals deflect water and dust when in motion.
Flexible seals can be cut to size with scissors. Press them into a T-slot.
Rigid seals quickly snap into a T-slot for a secure hold.

Solid seals don’t hold water since they have no openings. However, they don’t compress as well as bulb and brush seals, so they require a precise door gap. They quickly snap into a T-slot for a secure hold.

Seals cover door gaps to keep out air and dust from rail end connections.
End-of-rail seals leave no gaps or crevices between rails mounted at a right angle, making them good for clean room environments and applications where you want a smooth, aesthetic look. Wedge them between two rails before fastening them together. You'll want to account for the 1.3 mm thickness of the seal before installing.
When connecting two rails, use a seal with two lips. When connecting three rails, you'll need a seal with one lip and a seal with two lips.
