Sterile Stainless Steel Dispensing Needles with Luer Lock Connection

Needle Covers for Dispensing Needles

Dispensing Tips with Luer Lock Connection
Dispense fluid from syringes and other small instruments with luer lock or luer slip connections. These tips are made of plastic, so they wont scratch parts while dispensing.
Tapered tips are a good alternative to needles when you need to reduce backpressure. They work best with medium- to high-viscosity materials. Trim tips without a resealable cap to the opening size you need. Close tips with a resealable cap after using them to save remaining fluid for future use.
Curved tips dispense fluid in hard-to-reach areas.

Static-Control Dispensing Tips with Luer Lock Connection
Drain static from the material you’re dispensing from a syringe or other small instrument. These tips protect sensitive equipment from electrostatic discharge (ESD). This makes them ideal for applying adhesives to electronics. For a complete static-control syringe, you’ll need one with a static-control barrel. Twist these tips onto a syringe with a luer lock or luer slip connection.
These tips require less pressure on a syringe plunger when dispensing than syringes with a needle attached. Since they’re tapered, you can trim them to the opening size you need. They work best with medium- to high-viscosity materials—think the same viscosity as maple syrup or honey. Made of polypropylene plastic, these tips won’t scratch your equipment while in use.

Caps for Syringes with Luer Lock Connection
Cover the end of syringes to protect them and prevent leaks. Remove your dispensing tip or needle before attaching these caps. They work with any luer lock or luer slip syringe.
Flat caps let your covered syringe rest vertically.
Caps with a non-vented cover prevent material in your syringe from drying out. Caps with a vented cover give your syringe an outlet for releasing built-up pressure. However, they can cause material to dry out faster than caps with a non-vented cover.

Mixer Nozzles for Two-Part Adhesive Cartridges
To simultaneously mix and dispense two-part adhesives, attach these mixer nozzles to a dual cartridge. Mixing elements help combine the two parts of an adhesive as it flows through the nozzle. A short nozzle with many mixing elements combines adhesive while minimizing the adhesive left in the nozzle after dispensing. Choose a nozzle that matches the connection type, size, and mix ratio of your adhesive cartridge.
Use a luer lock tip with a needle (sold separately) for the most precise dispensing.
