Hold these syringes like a pencil and press the trigger for controlled dispensing without hand fatigue. The trigger is long enough that you can hold them far down the barrel and dispense with the same hand. This gives you extra control for precise dispensing in tight spaces. They have no piston, so they resist wear and are almost frictionless to operate.

With a glass barrel, these syringes have a long lifespan and aren’t likely to wear or warp from your samples. They have a tighter tolerance than syringes with plastic barrels, so they’re better at controlling small, precise flows. They’ll dispense all material inside with nothing left over—the needle sits exactly at the zero graduation mark. They also have a high gas barrier to stop your sample from leaking out or getting contaminated by oxygen. Thanks to their precision, these syringes are often used for gas chromatography.

To attach a needle (sold separately), slide it in at the base and secure it with its locking nut. Made of stainless steel, needles have a smooth surface that limits friction. Needles with sharp beveled tip can be inserted without clogging or leaving a hole, making them ideal for puncturing septa lids.

These syringes can be disassembled for steam autoclaving. Keep in mind that autoclaving can reduce their lifespan, so chemical sterilization is preferred.
