Flush-Mount 30 mm Panel-Mount Push-Button Switches
The face of these switches mounts flush against a panel, so they're easy to clean and hard to damage. All are rated NEMA 4, 13, and IP65 for protection from corrosive, damp, dusty, oily, outdoor and washdown environments.
Add a bulb (sold separately) to illuminate switches. If wiring the switch and the bulb to the same circuit, the circuit voltage must not exceed bulb voltage.
Additional contact blocks (sold separately) can be added to control more circuits, or to replace the included contact block.

Hinge-Actuated Safety Switches
Replace the hinges on access doors or machine guards with these switches to keep your team safe from active machinery. Also known as interlock switches, they automatically shut off power to your machinery when the door or guard opens. They can be mounted on flat frames or aluminum T-slotted framing. These switches have positive-force, normally-closed contacts that will open a circuit when the switch is actuated, even if a spring fails or the contacts stick. They’re rated IP65 for protection from washdowns.

Frame-Mounted Safety Switches
Also known as interlock switches, these ensure the safety of personnel by automatically shutting off power to machinery when an access door opens. Mount the switch to the door frame and mount a key to the door so that the key is inserted into the switch when the door is closed. When the door opens, the key is removed from the switch and the machine shuts down. They’re often used with machine guards.
Style A-F have positive-force, normally closed contacts that will open a circuit when the switch is actuated even if a spring fails or the contacts stick.
IP67 rated switches protect against temporary submersion.
Flexible keys (sold separately) pivot 15° to make it easier to align with the switch during installation.

Undervoltage Disconnect Switches
Prevent motors and other equipment from overheating or failing from not having enough voltage. When the supply voltage falls below 35% of the rated voltage, these switches will automatically turn off to protect the circuit from undervoltage. Once the power is cut, they'll keep it isolated to prevent accidental startups during inspection and maintenance.
To prevent unauthorized use of these switches, you can lock them out with a padlock (not included). Even if a padlock blocks them from physically turning off, they’ll disconnect power to the actuator if voltage falls below a safe level.

DIN-Rail Mount Solid State Relays
Unlike mechanical relays, these solid state relays have no moving parts, so they require less maintenance and last longer, switch faster, and are quieter. They mount on 35 mm DIN rail (also known as DIN 3) for fast installation. An LED indicator lights up when these relays are connected, so you can quickly confirm that they’re wired correctly. IP20 rated, their terminals are recessed, so they prevent fingers and other objects from touching live circuits.
Relays with an integrated heat sink disperse heat to increase the relay’s current rating.

Analog-Input Proportional-Control Relays
Often used to regulate the speed of AC fans or keep a heater at a set temperature, these relays connect directly to sensors to calculate and adjust output power. This allows you to use an analog input without converting it to a digital signal to control output power. They are solid state and have no moving parts, so they require less maintenance and last longer, are quieter, and switch faster than mechanical relays. IP20 rated, they have recessed terminals that prevent fingers and other objects from touching live circuits. An integrated heat sink disperses heat to increase the relay’s current rating. The LED indicator shows input voltage loss and internal relay faults, so you can easily check that your system is operating properly.
Mount them on 35 mm DIN rail (also known as DIN 3 rail) for fast installation. They also mount to flat surfaces.
All relays have phase-angle switching to accurately control all types of loads. This mode signals at non-zero voltage, which can produce electrical noise.
Single-phase relays can be set to switch every 1, 4, or 16 cycles. When used with infrared heaters, they have an option to switch at the half cycle and again at the full cycle. When switching at 16 cycles or at the half cycle, these relays have a soft-start option to increase the output slower in high-inrush current applications.
Relays with a potentiometer input can connect to an external potentiometer for manual control.
