On/Off Valves with Solder-Connect Fittings
Solder these valves to metal tubing for a permanent, leak-tight connection.
Lockable lever handles can be fixed in place using a padlock (not included) with a shackle diameter up to 9/32”.
T-handles resist accidental movement when snagged or bumped.
Full-port valves do not restrict flow.
Standard-port valves slightly restrict flow.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Easy-Maintenance On/Off Valves with Solder-Connect Fittings

Service these valves without cutting soldered connections. Solder to metal tubing for a permanent, leak-tight connection. The three-piece bolted body can be disassembled inline for easy access to internal components. Valves are full port, so they do not restrict flow.

Gradual On/Off Valves with Solder-Connect Fittings

Solder these valves to copper tubing for a permanent, leak-tight connection. They gradually open and close with multiple turns of the wheel handle to prevent system damage from suddenly starting and stopping flow.
Nonrising stems stay in the same position whether the valve is open or closed. Valves with nonrising stems are often used underground and in other low-clearance locations.
Rising stems lift as the valve opens and lower as the valve closes to provide a visual indication of whether flow is on or off. The stem is isolated from the process media for a longer service life than valves with a nonrising stem.

Motor-Driven On/Off Valves with Solder-Connect Fittings

Slide copper pipe into the solder-connect fittings on these valves and weld for a strong, permanent connection. They’re often used for remote on/off control in heating and cooling systems. All operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow. Valves do not require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and the outlet for operation. They are normally closed unless actuated. All are standard port, so they slightly restrict flow.
The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear. The manual override allows you to operate the valve during power outages.
