Commonly used with reservoirs and tanks, these strainers filter particles before they enter your system.
Strainers with steel connection are stronger than strainers with aluminum and nylon connections.
Strainers with nylon connection have better corrosion resistance than strainers with aluminum or steel connections.

The tallest of our suction strainers, these have a large surface area to capture more debris than other suction strainers. Also known as sump strainers, they’re often used with tanks in high-flow hydraulic applications. They have a nylon connection for excellent corrosion resistance.
Strainers with pleated screen have greater debris-holding capacity than strainers with a standard screen.

Also known as foot valves, these strainers stop particles from entering your line while preventing backward flow. They are commonly used with reservoirs and tanks.
Strainers with bronze or PVC connection have better corrosion resistance than strainers with an iron connection; bronze strainers are often used in water-delivery applications.
Strainers with two union end connections allow for easy access to your line; they come with either two threaded pipe connections or one socket-connect pipe connection and one threaded pipe connection.
Strainers with socket-connect pipe connection attach to unthreaded pipe with cement for a permanent, leak-tight connection.
Strainers with male and female threaded pipe connection have threads on the outside and inside of the fitting for connecting to either male or female threaded pipe.

Designed for installation through a tank wall, these strainers have a narrow diameter. You can install them at the top of a tank for connection to a standpipe. They're often used in hydraulic systems to filter particles before they enter your system. Strainers have a steel connection for good strength and durability.
