Strut Channel Floor Mounts
Securely fasten strut channel to the floor.
Zinc-plated steel mounts are more corrosion resistant in wet environments than powder-coated and painted steel.
Galvanized steel mounts have better corrosion resistance in wet environments than zinc-plated steel and can be used outdoors.
304 stainless steel mounts are more corrosion resistant than galvanized steel. They also have good chemical resistance.
316 stainless steel mounts have excellent resistance to chemicals and salt water.
Plastic mounts are nonconductive and lightweight with good resistance to chemicals.
Rubber mounts are the least abrasive and they distribute loads better than metal mounts. They’re often used on roof surfaces.

Strut Channel Beam Mounts

Mount a length of strut channel between the sides of a beam to run cable and conduit along the beam without drilling. Position the mounts at either end of a piece of strut channel that is 1"-1 1/2" shorter than your beam opening. Turn the bolt on the mount to tighten. Studs hold the mounts securely against the beam.
Zinc-plated steel mounts are more corrosion resistant in wet environments than painted steel mounts.

Strut Channel Standoffs

Mount strut channel away from walls. Made from zinc-plated steel, these standoffs resist corrosion in wet environments.

Strut Channel with Mounting Plate
Use the built-in mounting plate to secure strut channel to walls, posts, and beams.
Channel with a wraparound mounting plate provides a stronger hold than channel with a surface mounting plate.
Zinc-plated steel channel is more corrosion resistant in wet environments than powder-coated and painted steel.
Galvanized steel channel has better corrosion resistance in wet environments than zinc-plated steel and can be used outdoors.
304 stainless steel channel is more corrosion resistant than galvanized steel. It also has good chemical resistance.
