Plastic Enclosed Push-Button Switches
A protective plastic enclosure resists dents, chips, and cracks, so you can install these switches outside of panels. Mount them on a wall, for example, or tether them to a cord at your workstation. They actuate with a push for quick stops and starts. All are NEMA and IP rated to protect against corrosion, washdowns, and oil/coolant spraying. All have knockouts or integrated conduit connections to make it easy to attach conduit or add cord grips.
Flush buttons are easy to clean and difficult to damage because they mount flat.
Switches rated IP67 can also be submerged. Switches rated IP69K can also withstand high-pressure washdowns. Switches rated NEMA 3S will also work in cold temperatures and when covered in ice.

Aluminum Enclosed Push-Button Switches
A lightweight yet durable alternative to stainless steel enclosed switches, these aluminum enclosed switches withstand corrosion, oil, and washdowns. They can mount directly to a wall when there’s not enough room in an electrical panel. The enclosure has knockouts so you can easily connect it to conduit fittings and cord grips.

Metal 22 mm Panel-Mount Push-Button Switches
Simple to use, these switches actuate with a quick push. They mount in a standard panel cutout diameter. Switches include enough contact blocks to control the number of circuits listed. Color code your switches by choosing a different actuator color for each.
Switches with an arrow message can be installed with the arrow oriented up, down, left, or right.
NEMA or IP rated, all switches protect against dust. NEMA 4, IP65, and IP66 rated switches seal out water from washdowns. NEMA 13 rated switches withstand splashing water, oil, and coolant.
Additional contact blocks (sold separately) can be added to control more circuits, or replace the included contact block.

Make or break an electrical circuit. These contact blocks mount to manual switches and transmit an electrical signal when the switch actuator is engaged. You can stack multiple blocks, so a single switch can control several circuits. This is helpful in setups that require multiple systems to turn on or off at the same time. For example, the switch on a conveyor line could turn off the conveyor and turn on a diverter and alarm.

Because they mount flush against a panel, they’re easy to clean and less likely to get damaged from impact than switches that stick out. 30 mm Multifunction Panel-Mount Push-Button Switches
Save space on a panel by using one switch to perform multiple functions. These switches are rated NEMA 4X and 13 for protection from corrosion, washdowns, and oil/coolant spraying. They include enough contact blocks to control the number of circuits listed.
Illuminated switches have the message "Motor Run," which lights up in red when equipment is started.
Note: If wiring the switch and the bulb to the same circuit, the circuit voltage must not exceed bulb voltage.

Handle Push-Button Switches
Save space in your setup—these switches double as handles on machines and equipment. Grab the handle and trigger the push-button to open the door and activate the switch in one motion. They’re often used on cages surrounding robotics.
Style D display colors and patterns on the illuminated handle to show multiple machine conditions. For example, you could program the handle to be blue when a machine is operating at half speed and change to flashing red when it stops.

22 mm Panel-Mount Build-Your-Own Plastic Switches
Choose an actuator and contact block to make your own switch. Actuators are rated NEMA 3S, 4X and 13 for protection from dust, outdoor environments, corrosion, oil, and washdowns. They mount into standard panel cutouts. Use legend plates (not included) to label switches. BACO Controls switches are only compatible with BACO manufactured legend plates.
Push-button actuators are best for applications where you need quick starts and stops. Those that are illuminated make switches easier to see in low light. Oval illuminated push-button actuators only require a contact block.
Contact blocks with mounting latch accept additional contact blocks to control more circuits.
Mounting tools make it easier to install switches in crowded panels.
