Measure from a distance—the blade on these tape measures remains rigid when extended up to 11 feet. To resist scratches, wear, and corrosion, the blade is coated. It also has a double-hook tip that grabs from the top and bottom. The case is impact-resistant plastic with a nonslip rubber grip. It's yellow for high visibility.
Slide the lock on manual-lock tape measures to hold the blade in place.
The blade on automatic-lock tape measures stays in place when extended and retracts when you press the release lever.
