316 Stainless Steel Air-Powered Transfer Pumps
for Chemicals, Fuel, and Flammable Liquids
With a 316 stainless steel housing and a PTFE diaphragm, these pumps resist a variety of acids, alkalies, and flammable liquids such as phosphoric acid, acetone, and methyl ethyl ketone (MEK). They're designed for moving large volumes of thick sludges and slurries in demanding environments. Pumps are self-priming, which means they create a suction force to draw liquid upward to fill the pump chamber. All are submersible and can run dry.
Fluid-side maintenance kits include diaphragms, check valve balls, and seals.
Air-motor maintenance kits include seals, O-rings, gaskets, retaining rings, and an air valve spool.

Air-Powered Transfer Pumps for Food and Beverage

With a 316 stainless steel housing and a fluoroelastomer diaphragm, these pumps resist a variety of harsh acids and alkalies, such as phosphoric acid, nitric acid, and sulfuric acid. They have large internal pathways and check valves with flaps to accommodate thick sewage, abrasive slurries, and industrial waste with large solids that would damage standard air-powered transfer pumps. All are self-priming, which means they create a suction force to draw liquid upward to fill the pump chamber. Pumps are submersible and can run dry.

Absorb pulsation caused by air-powered transfer pumps, reducing wear and preventing damage to inline components such as regulators, sensors, and gauges. Extended-Life High-Accuracy Metering Pumps for Chemicals
A 316 stainless steel housing provides corrosion resistance for a long life in harsh environments. These pumps meter a consistent amount of liquid within ±2% of the maximum flow. Often used to pump water-treatment chemicals, they have an adjustment dial that alters flow rate in 2% increments of the maximum flow. Pumps are self-priming and create suction to draw liquid upward. They can run dry. Do not use with solids.

Metering Pumps for Coolants and Oils
Use these pumps for high-pressure output of antifreeze, hydraulic oil, and motor oil. They have an internal relief valve to prevent pressure buildup. The adjustment dial alters flow rate in 1% increments of the maximum flow. Pumps have a totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) motor for use in dusty, dirty, and damp environments.
