    Threaded-Stud Bumpers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Bumpers. Threaded-Stud Bumpers, Style 4.

    Style 4

These bumpers absorb impact to protect equipment, walls, and floors from dents and scuffs. They're found everywhere from access panels to the bases of equipment. The rubber construction also stifles noise and absorbs vibration to prevent wear and tear to your machinery and nearby surfaces. No separate fasteners are needed—just twist them into a threaded hole.

Abrasion-Resistant Polyurethane Rubber—Our toughest rubber bumpers, they keep their shape even when knocked and scraped by metal and other abrasive materials. They're often used on industrial vehicles, conveyors, and heavy construction equipment.
Hardness Rating—The harder the bumper, the better it withstands impact and abrasion over time. The softer the bumper, the more cushioning it provides for objects made of glass, soft metal, and other fragile materials. Bumpers with a medium rating offer a balance of impact resistance and cushioning.

These bumpers are tested to ensure they'll support the load of your application. They'll bear the weight of everything from a 50-pound saw to a 5,000-pound air compressor. All have a metal base plate for added strength and a longer service life than all-rubber bumpers. No separate fasteners are needed—just twist them into a threaded hole.

Natural Rubber—These bumpers absorb impact well enough for most applications. However, they're not for use outdoors and break down when exposed to oil and harsh chemicals.
Stainless Steel Stud—Unlike bumpers with steel studs, these handle repeated washdowns without corroding.
Steel Stud—Durable and economical, these are the choice for most jobs.

The softer the bumper, the more cushioning it provides for objects made of glass, soft metal, and other fragile materials. Multipurpose Neoprene—A good choice for oily equipment that's exposed to sunlight, rain, and ozone. These aren't as oil resistant as Buna-N bumpers, but they can be used outdoors.

They'll bear the weight of everything from a 50-pound saw to a 2,000-pound air compressor. All have a metal base plate for added strength and a longer service life than all-rubber bumpers. Twist them onto a threaded stud on your equipment, or pair them with your own stud to create a custom-length bumper.

    Style 4

Stick these bumpers onto glass and other surfaces that are too thin or fragile for fasteners. The adhesive back forms a tight grip without scratching or discoloring your surface. They're comparable to Bumpon bumpers.

Abrasion-Resistant Polyurethane Rubber—Choose these bumpers for a balance of toughness and flexibility. Rough surfaces and repeated knocks won't wear them out, so you can use them as feet for small equipment and stops for cabinet doors and drawers.
Hardness Rating—The harder the bumper, the better it withstands impact and abrasion over time. The softer the bumper, the more cushioning it provides for objects made of glass, soft metal, and other fragile materials. Bumpers with a medium rating offer a balance of impact resistance and cushioning.
