Electric Circular Saws for Wood

Rip and cross-cut lumber, make angled cuts for framing, and handle other cutting jobs around your facility. These handheld saws make long, straight cuts in wood sheets and boards.
DeWalt saws have an electric brake that stops the blade to let you quickly reposition your workpiece and move to your next cut. This makes repeat cuts a cinch. A dust blower clears sawdust to keep your cut line visible.

Electric Portable Band Saws

All you need is an outlet to get these band saws moving. Use them to make straight or curved cuts in metal and other materials. They are smaller and more mobile than stationary band saws. When it’s time to switch out the blade, you won’t need any tools.
Adjust the speed on saws with speed control based on the hardness of your material. Set the dial to your desired speed, then make small tweaks using the trigger—the harder you squeeze it, the faster the blade will move. These saws also have an LED light to see where you’re cutting.

Electric Reciprocating Saws
Often used for demolition, these saws make quick, rough cuts in a wide range of material from old pipes to drywall. A variable-speed trigger helps you optimize your cuts—the harder you press down on the trigger, the faster the blade moves. These saws accept any 1/2” shank reciprocating saw blade. Switch out the blades without needing tools.

Electric Oscillating Tools
Cut, scrape, grind, and sand in tight spaces. These tools have a blade that moves in a back-and-forth motion at high speeds to make flush and plunge cuts without damaging the surrounding material. Perfect for small jobs like cutting off the end of a protruding nail or creating notches in sheet metal. Switch out your blade in seconds—no special tools needed. To suit the material you're cutting, you can adjust the speed; use slower speeds for hard materials like metal and faster speeds for soft materials like wood. Tools with higher current cut through thicker and harder materials. Choose tools with lower oscillating angles for precise, detailed work; higher oscillating angles are good for faster cutting and grinding.
DeWalt tools have a variable-speed trigger—as you squeeze the trigger, the blade moves faster. They are compatible with any non-Starlock blade.

Electric Track Saws

Take these saws anywhere and use the included track to make perfectly straight, splinter-free cuts in wood. They are also called plunge saws because they can make plunge cuts. Control the speed of the blade with a dial; use slower speeds for hard wood and faster speeds for soft wood. A second dial lets you have precise control over the depth of the cut. These saws also have a riving knife that reduces kickback by keeping the cut material from pinching the blade. Connect a vacuum hose to the dust port to collect up to 90% of the sawdust created so you can keep your work area clean. Optional track clamps hold the track to your workpiece.

Make angled cuts in material that’s too wide for a standard miter saw—the arm on these saws slides for added reach. Swivel the head to make miter cuts across the width of your workpiece. For bevel cuts downward through your material, tilt the blade. While primarily used to cross-cut wood, these saws can also handle metal and other materials.

Battery-Powered Routers
Cordless operation means you can easily take these routers from place to place. Pair them with router bits to cut grooves, chamfers, and other detailed shapes on panels, sheets, and other large surfaces. Routers have a fixed base that holds the bit at a fixed height while routing; not recommended for plunge cutting.
DeWalt routers have seven-position speed control.
