Water-Resistant Sanding Sheets

These sheets resist deterioration when used wet or with grease, chemicals, cutting fluids, and other solvents that may be present when sanding. They are coated with aluminum oxide, the most common abrasive, which is hard enough to sand steel and wood.

Adhesive-Back Sanding Rolls for Stainless Steel and Hard Metals

Use these rolls to create consistent finishes on hard metals such as stainless steel, iron, and nickel. They have a slick coating that prevents debris from accumulating on the abrasive surface and keeps operating temperatures low. Cut the length you need and stick it on your sanding tool. When it’s time to change the sheet, peel it off.
Silicon carbide is one of the sharpest abrasives and generates minimal heat to prevent material buildup. Silicon carbide is better at fine finishes and polishing than ceramic alumina.

Diamond Lapping Film

Diamond cuts more quickly, lasts longer, and leaves a finer finish than other lapping grains. Lap without the mess of pastes and slurries—abrasive is embedded in the surface of this waterproof film. Grit and microns are approximate.
