One of the sharpest abrasives, the silicon carbide on these rolls sands aluminum, copper, plastic, and rubber with ease, generating minimal heat to prevent material buildup. Cut the length you need and stick it on your sanding tool. When it’s time to change the sheet, peel it off. The water-resistant material won’t deteriorate when used with water, cutting fluid, and other chemicals or solvents that may be present when sanding.

Holes allow dust removal when used with a vacuum sander to prevent buildup of debris on the abrasive surface. Cut these rolls to the size you need or tear them at the perforated lines every 2 ¾”—with dozens of small holes, they can be used with any style of vacuum sander, regardless of its hole configuration. Hook and loop lets you quickly attach, remove, and reuse this material. Ceramic alumina grit continually fractures to produce new, sharp cutting edges. It's sharp and dense enough to shape hard metals such as stainless steel, nickel, and cast iron without dulling quickly. It sands faster and lasts longer than aluminum oxide but requires more force to abrade properly.
