Finger-like dividers keep your parts organized and protected while they’re processed, transported, or stored. Often used in automated pick-and place lines, these tote boxes make it easy for robots to reach in and grasp a part. They hold parts steady and keep them from knocking together, so they’re also used to ship fragile or polished parts. All components are plastic, so you can wash parts right in these tote boxes. Dividers snap into a base plate, so it’s easy to switch dividers to a different style if needed. Square compartments have tall fingers that keep parts completely separated, so they can’t bump one another. Spherical compartments are low-profile and shaped to fit round parts. Posts are often used to store hollow parts. They can hold more than the other divider styles, since parts are closer together, but they don’t provide as much protection.
