Air-Powered Vibrators for Dry Materials
Also known as ball vibrators, these produce a high-frequency vibration that shakes powders, grains, and other dry materials to maintain a steady flow through your bin. Every 10 pounds of dry material requires one pound of force to move it. If your bin has 200 pounds of dry material, you need a vibrator with at least 20 pounds of force.

Energy-Efficient Air-Powered Vibrators for Dry Materials
Also known as turbine vibrators, these use half the air of other air-powered vibrators to generate the same force. Use them to shake powders, grains, and flakes and maintain a steady flow of dry material through bins, chutes, and screens. Every 10 pounds of dry material requires one pound of force to move it. If your bin has 200 pounds of dry material, you need a vibrator with at least 20 pounds of force.
Style 1 are designed for small containers and tight spaces.
Style 4 muffler is internal.
Style 6 are stainless steel so they stand up to splashing water and harsh chemical environments.

Vibrators with a totally enclosed motor stand up to splashing water, dusty environments, and outdoor use. They are not submersible.

Adjustable-Speed Electric Vibrators for Dry Materials
Alter vibration speed in addition to force output. The speed adjustment dial lets you change speed while running these vibrators. They come set at a force. Adjust the force by changing the position of the weight within the housing. They're often used to shake and settle powders, flakes, and pellets in bins and hoppers.
