Also known as ball-bearing parallels, these plates have multidirectional balls that project from the top and bottom to position and move small, heavy items over short distances.

Multidirectional Flow Rails
Rotate materials in any direction on these flow rails. Use them to convey packages and pallets in flow racks, assembly areas, and confined spaces.
Ball transfers rotate to accommodate changes in direction.
Threaded-stud-mount ball transfers are attached to the rail with a stud and nut.
Flange-mount ball transfers are riveted in place.

Transfer Guards for Conveyor Rollers
Keep small items moving smoothly down a roller conveyor. These guards cover the gap between rollers so items don’t fall through or get jammed. They consist of a flat plate with flexible legs that snap in place between your rollers.
To figure out how many guards you need, consider how wide your rollers are. For rollers wider than 12”, you’ll need multiple. Trim guards that are too long using the installation tools (sold separately). Use the leg cutter to remove the leg just past the width you need. This gives you enough room to use the guard cutter to trim the guard down. For a proper fit, you can’t trim these shorter than 4”.

Legal-for-Trade Inline Conveyor Scales
Weigh boxes as they flow through your conveyor line to reduce bending and lifting. These scales integrate seamlessly into your line thanks to their conveyor rollers or ball transfers, which move boxes along after weighing. A check-weighing mode flags boxes that are outside a specified weight range. And a weight accumulation mode keeps a running weight of all boxes measured. These scales are National Type Evaluation Program (NTEP) approved for use with legal-for-trade materials sold by weight.
Mount the display in front of the scale, on a nearby wall, or use the included stand to mount it above the scale. 1" digits are easy to read from a distance. These scales are rated IP65 for protection from dust and low-pressure washdowns. They plug into a standard outlet or run on the rechargeable battery for up to 72 hours. Transmit data to your PC by connecting the scale with an RS-232 computer cord (not included).
Ball transfer conveyor scales receive and divert boxes in multiple directions.
For temporary jobs, set your scale on a cart (sold separately), then roll it up to your conveyor or workbench. Two of the casters are lockable, so the cart stays in place during longer jobs or when used in a conveyor line.
