Cordless Terminal and Splice Crimpers
Unlike ratchet crimpers that require repetitive motion, these battery-operated crimpers quickly create crimps with a press of the trigger. Release the trigger and their jaws automatically open for the next crimp. Use them to take on your high-volume crimping tasks. You can also press the trigger part-way down to adjust your connector to the ideal position before making the complete crimp. An LED light illuminates workspaces, so you can accurately position connectors with the required dies (sold separately). Keep multiple dies on hand for the flexibility to crimp a wide range of butt-splice connectors and ring and spade terminals.

Terminal and Splice Assortments
Maintain a supply of extra terminals and splices in various sizes. Use a crimping tool (included with some assortments) to install wire.
Barrel-insulated terminals have a plastic cover to prevent short-circuiting with nearby wire. Fully insulated terminals have a connection tab that’s completely covered, leaving no metal exposed when mated. Noninsulated terminals allow you to easily inspect the wire connection.
Nylon insulation is more durable and chemical resistant than vinyl insulation.

Solder-Loaded Heat-Shrink Terminal and Splice Assortments
Keep on hand a variety of different sized terminals and splices with the most secure, sealed connection we offer. Heat the outside and the enclosed solder melts to secure your wire. The insulation also shrinks when heated, keeping out water and contaminants.
Ring, quick-disconnect, and spade terminals have insulation covering the barrel to prevent short circuiting with nearby wire. Butt splices have a fully insulated connection tab, so no metal is exposed when they’re mated.

Heat-Shrink Terminal and Splice Assortments
For use where water and contaminants are a concern, the terminals and splices in these assortments have insulation that shrinks and creates a tight seal when heated. Use a crimping tool (included with some assortments) to install wire.
Barrel-insulated terminals have a plastic cover to prevent short-circuiting with nearby wire. Fully insulated terminals have a connection tab that’s completely covered, leaving no metal exposed when mated.
