Locking Changeable-Tip Retaining Ring Pliers
The handle can be locked in place to hold rings open or closed for easier installation and removal. Change tips to use a different size or angle (installation tool is not included). 9 1/2" to 19" long pliers require a #2 slotted screwdriver. 29" long pliers require a 5/32" hex key.

Locking Changeable-Tip Retaining Ring Pliers Sets
