    Precision Liquid Chillers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Liquid Chillers. Precision Liquid Chillers.
These liquid chillers maintain a stable temperature within 0.18° F for the most precise temperature control. They provide constant, uniform cooling to water or glycol solutions used in temperature-sensitive equipment, such as spot-welding systems, molds, lasers, and X-ray diffraction equipment. All have an internal tank to ensure liquid flows in a continuous loop. Use them to cool liquid in process equipment. Adjust the set temperature with the keypad.

For more cooling capacity than other liquid chillers, these have a heavy duty pump that can handle higher flow rates and pressures. They provide constant, uniform cooling to water or glycol solutions used in temperature-sensitive equipment, such as spot-welding systems, molds, lasers, and X-ray diffraction equipment. All have an internal tank to ensure liquid flows in a continuous loop. They are used to cool liquid in process equipment. Adjust the set temperature with the keypad.
    4,300 BTU/hr Cooling Capacity; 11,300 BTU/hr Cooling Capacity; and 54,000 BTU/hr Cooling Capacity—Chillers rated for 4,300, 11,300, and 54,000 Btu/hr. have a cooling capacity based on a 65° F liquid temperature and a 95° F room temperature.
    24,000 BTU/hr Cooling Capacity and 36,000 BTU/hr Cooling Capacity—Chillers rated for 24,000 to 36,000 Btu/hr. have a cooling capacity based on a 65° F liquid temperature and a 90° F room temperature.
Bypass Valve—Chillers with a bypass valve recirculate liquid in the chiller if the outlet is obstructed.
Cannot Be Sold To—Chillers that cannot be sold to the listed areas are restricted due to chemical regulations.

    Low-Temperature Liquid Chillers
    3D CAD models available

Image of Product. Front orientation. Liquid Chillers. Low-Temperature Liquid Chillers.
Chill coolant down to 0° F—the lowest temperature liquid chillers we offer. They're often used when you want to maintain temperatures below freezing, such as in food processing and for sensitive electronic components. They take your fluid down to a constant uniform temperature and pump that liquid into your cooling system. Monitor the temperature and pressure of the coolant on the LCD display and change the settings using the keypad. They have a window to quickly check the fluid level. This window also acts as a spot to drain or fill the chiller.

    Bench-Top-Mount Liquid Chillers
    3D CAD models available

Image of Product. Front orientation. Liquid Chillers. Bench-Top-Mount Liquid Chillers.
Send cool water to equipment right from your bench top without compromising precision. These chillers take up about as much space as two McMaster-Carr catalogs. They maintain constant, uniform temperatures within 0.18° F where other chillers only keep liquid cool within a few full degrees. This makes them ideal for equipment where small temperature changes could cause an issue, such as microscope cooling plates. Also known as Peltier chillers, they cool liquid using electricity—no need for compressors or refrigerants. Because they don’t use a compressor, you’ll hardly hear them when they’re on.
Fill these chillers with water or glycol solutions, and an internal pump moves the liquid through a cooling system and out to your equipment. Use the built-in keypad to manually set the temperature, or connect an external controller of your own to automate temperature changes. View the set temperature, alerts, and other information from the LED display. To check fluid levels at a glance, their tank inlet is semi-clear.
