Oval-Shaped Threaded Connecting Links—Not for Lifting
Also known as quick links, these links thread closed by hand or with a wrench. Use them to secure loads with ropes or chains. The nut must completely cover the threads for these links to handle their maximum capacity. All can be reused.
Zinc-plated steel links are mildly corrosion resistant.
316 stainless steel links have excellent resistance to salt water and chemicals.

Pear-Shaped Threaded Connecting Links—Not for Lifting
The narrow end restricts the movement of rope and chain, and the wide end allows room to attach multiple connectors. These links thread closed by hand or with a wrench, so they’re also known as quick links. Use them to secure loads with ropes or chains. The nut must completely cover the threads for these links to handle their maximum capacity. All can be reused.
Links with an eyelet have an even narrower end for keeping rope in place. Use this end for permanent connections.
Zinc-plated steel links are mildly corrosion resistant.
316 stainless steel links have excellent resistance to salt water and chemicals.

These links are also known as quick links because they thread closed by hand or with a wrench. Use them to secure loads with ropes or chains. The nut must completely cover the threads for these links to handle their maximum capacity. They can be reused.

Trapezoid-Shaped Threaded Connecting Links—Not for Lifting
Best for attaching different widths of webbing and strapping, the flat sides ensure they lay flat and won't bunch or slide. Since they thread closed by hand or with a wrench, these links are also known as quick links. Use them to secure loads with ropes or chains. The nut must completely cover the threads for these links to handle their maximum capacity. These links can be reused.

90° Twist Threaded Connecting Links—Not for Lifting
The twisted shape of these links prevents loads from rotating or knotting. Because they thread closed by hand or with a wrench, these links are also known as quick links. Use them to secure loads with ropes or chains. Made of zinc-plated steel, these links are mildly corrosion resistant. The nut must completely cover the threads for these links to handle their maximum capacity. They can be reused.

Quick-Disconnect Connecting Links—Not for Lifting
Also known as C-links, the notch in these links lets you slip additional links on or remove links quickly. They don’t need to be hammered or welded shut like other repair links. Made of 316 stainless steel, they resist salt water and chemicals. They can be reused.
