Quick-Turn Couplings for Stainless Steel Tubing
- For Use With: Air
- Temperature Range: 32° to 350° F
- Tubing: Use with 304/304L or 316/316L stainless steel
Also known as luer lock couplings, these consist of a plug and socket that connect to small-diameter tubing with a half turn. They have a compact body for easy installation in tight spaces. Insert tubing into the plug or socket and tighten the nut to form a seal. Couplings are open-flow style, so there is no shut-off valve to stop the flow when the coupling is separated. They are 316 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance.
Note: For a complete coupling, order a plug and a socket.

Plastic Quick-Disconnect Tube Couplings for Air and Water
Lighter in weight than their metal counterparts, these quick-disconnect couplings are plastic. They consist of a plug and a socket that allow you to frequently connect and disconnect your line.
Latch-lock sockets disconnect by pressing the latch.
Acetal plugs and sockets are moisture resistant, so they won’t absorb water and lose strength, even in high-humidity environments. Plug and Sockets with shut-off have a valve to stop the flow when the coupling is separated, so air or water won’t spill from your line.
Note: For a complete coupling, order a plug and a socket with the same coupling size.

Brass Quick-Disconnect Tube Couplings for Air
- Temperature Range: 0° to 180° F
- Tubing: Use with hard polyethylene plastic or polypropylene plastic
An all-brass body gives these quick-disconnect couplings better durability than plastic quick-disconnect couplings. They’re nickel plated for very good corrosion resistance. Couplings consist of a plug and a socket that join with a latch, so you can easily connect and disconnect your line. To connect, insert the plug into the socket; to disconnect, press the latch and remove the plug.
Plugs and sockets with shut-off have a valve to stop the flow when the coupling is separated, so air won’t leak from your line.
Note: For a complete coupling, order a plug and a socket with the same coupling size.

Plastic Quick-Turn Tube Couplings for Air and Water
- For Use With: Polycarbonate Plastic: Air
Nylon Plastic: Air, Water
Polypropylene Plastic: Water - Temperature Range: Nylon Plastic, Polycarbonate Plastic: -20° to 200° F
Polypropylene Plastic: 35° to 150° F - Tubing: Use with soft (Durometer 40A-65A) PVC plastic or silicone rubber
Made of plastic, these couplings are lighter in weight than metal quick-turn couplings. Also known as luer lock couplings, they consist of a plug and socket (sold separately) that connect with a half turn. They have a compact body for easy installation in tight spaces. Plugs and sockets are open-flow style, so there is no shut-off valve to stop the flow when the coupling is separated. They have a universal connection, so the plugs will connect to any of the sockets, regardless of the pipe or tube size.
Nylon plugs and sockets have good impact and abrasion resistance. Polycarbonate plugs and sockets are clear so you can monitor your line. Polypropylene plugs and sockets are moisture resistant and won’t absorb water and lose strength, even in high-humidity environments.
Note: For a complete coupling, order a plug and a socket.
